Place with no stars.. worst management!!!
Hi All, I am writing this review for the property located at 239 N Buena Vista, Burbank. I really pray that people read this review and don't take up this property for the rental purposes. The washer/drier is a very old unit. The a/c does not work. There is no management. Only landlady is seeing all the matters and when some tenant approaches her then she does not respond to the problems. Further, the landlady is a cheater. She does not give sufficient justification for the deduction of the security deposit. I stayed there for 6 months. After doing the walking through the apartment initially, she said that there will not be any deductions. I asked for last minute walk-through of the apartment but she did not pick my phone. Finally, she deducted USD 1400 (approx.) from the deposit. Guys, please watch out!!
