Property Ratings at Buffalo Valley Apartments
This apartment complex is completely neglected when it comes to cleanliness. There is litter and dog waste all over the property—even in the hallways. It’s disgusting, unsanitary, and unacceptable for a place that claims to be professionally managed. I understand that residents are responsible for picking up after themselves, but ultimately, management is responsible for ensuring the property is maintained. Other apartment communities manage to keep their grounds clean despite tenant issues, so there’s no excuse for the state of this place. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for trash everywhere and a management team that doesn’t seem to care. Until they start taking responsibility and keeping the place clean, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.
While considering if you'd like to live here or not, also consider whether or not you'd like to step over bags of garbage and dog waste on your way to your unit. Perhaps you'll be embarrassed to invite guests over because the same pile of mattresses have been laying in the parking lot for weeks. Or perhaps you may want to consider that the "secure" storage is useless because managements refuses to fix the main lock.
