Redmond is referred to as the Bicycle Capital of the Northwest. This is with good reason as it houses the state’s only velodrome, an arena track for cycling, in addition to hosting an annual bike race on city streets.

Containing more than 110 restaurants and shops, the Redmond Town Center provides entertainment for everyone. Redmond is also home to Microsoft and Nintendo of America. Each company has their own visitor center and provides plenty of jobs to residents.
