Located along the Hudson River in New Jersey, Edgewater is a buzzing residential community. Whether you’re traveling by car across the George Washington Bridge or taking the train, Edgewater is only 10 miles away from New York City. Despite being within minutes of New York City, outdoor recreation abounds in this riverfront locale. The Grand Cove Marina, Veterans Field Park, Edgewater Dog Park, Palisades Park Recreation Area, and an extensive trail system provide countless opportunities for outdoor fun. River Road is Edgewater’s main thoroughfare; bars, pizza shops, restaurants, and stores all reside on this road. Additional dining options are available along the river as well. The other parts of Edgewater consist of residential avenues holding an array of apartments and condos at cheaper price points than their New York City neighbors.
