A quiet suburban community about seven miles northwest of downtown Tampa, Pinecrest West Park features the natural beauty of trees and other greenery, along with easy access to the rest of the city courtesy of Routes 92 and 580. You can find most of the shopping and entertainment options near those two streets. The neighborhood has a nice mix of single-story houses and apartment complexes. At the heart of the neighborhood, West Park is ideal for dog owners. This park features a five-acre, off-leash dog park with areas for large and small breeds. The park also contains a playground, ball fields, and picnic areas.
Residents head downtown when they want to go clubbing, but if you feel like staying within the neighborhood for the night, check out Good Time Charlie’s Pub for great specials and karaoke every evening. Burger lovers couldn't pick a better place to live than Pinecrest West Park, as it hosts the Carrollwood Burger Festival.
