Anza Vista is a relatively small neighborhood, filled with a mix of classic and super-modern architecture. The Kaiser Permanente hospital on the north side makes it a great location for healthcare professionals (UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion is just a few blocks away as well).
An enviable selection of restaurants, coffee houses, and bars surrounds the neighborhood, with a particularly high concentration along Divisadero Street. The neighborhood enjoys a relatively central location, with easy access to Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, the Fillmore District, and Japantown, plus the University of San Francisco and UCSF’s Laurel Heights campus.
