The coastal community known as Singer Island encompasses a large part of Riviera Beach as well as the peninsula just offshore. While technically not a true island, the area does offer abundant access to the local Atlantic beaches, as well as favorite local pastimes like boating and fishing. The inland portion is almost entirely residential, with a mix of low-rise apartments, high-rise condos, and single-family homes making up the diverse rental market.
The majority of the dining and nightlife options can be found on the peninsula, catering to regular crowds of locals and visitors alike. Countless golf courses sit within minutes of Singer Island, and the more urbanized West Palm Beach is right down the coast.
