Gateway Park, Mineral Palace Park, and Lake Pueblo State Park offer endless options for outdoor recreation in town. The Pueblo Zoo is a popular area attraction, with more than 400 animals, hands-on exhibits, and a feeding area. Golfers have their choice of Elmwood Golf Course, Pueblo Country Club, and Walking Stick Golf Course to practice their game.
