Bull Run Townhomes

We have enjoyed our stay thus far. The office management is very professional. Any concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The townhome feels like home.

We have loved this property even before we moved in. Kaily is a wonderful property manager and she makes the whole move process so easy. We finally decided to come in the summer and glad we did. Everything is as it looks and even better in person.

The facilities are decently nice but consistently having some problem or another with the water fountain not working for a few days at the gym and various repairs needing to be taken care of including a leaky sink which was not fixed for 2 days. Additionally, there are multiple pet owners who have repeatedly let their dogs outside without a leash despite multiple conversations with them to leash their dogs. Our dog was attacked and bit and there were still no changes. The amenities are nice and the location is convenient.

While the overall experience is “luxury” due to the high ceilings, open concept, and extra details such as leather granite and fireplaces, the build is cheap and was done kind of poorly. The pool is small, the dog park is small, and it seems that the entire community was thrown together in a rush rather than being well thought out. In my opinion, these are not worth their price point at all. The only amenity that turned out functional, was the gym and that’s not saying much.

This is a Beautiful Community that feels like home. Privacy is a positive feature for us, as we enjoy the fenced in yard for our small dogs.

Love it here!! Townhouse is spacious with high end features. Quiet with great neighbors. Quick access to major highways and conveniently located to shopping. Staff is amazing, super professional and helpful!!

The management team has been amazing. From the time that we first looked at the place to when we moved in, it has been nothing but exceptional service. I would highly recommend living here. The units are beautiful and well appointed. Definitely the luxury that was promised.

Homes are built beautifully and the neighborhood is quiet from inside even with the construction. Everyone has been super friendly and we are so happy to be here!

Clean, beautiful new townhomes. Office easy to work with and the process to move in was a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a townhome close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Feels like home already. Quiet, beautiful, and clean. Danielle and team have been great. Minor move in issues but nothing big. Application to move in process was simple and stress free. Can’t imagine ever wanting to move again…so happy to be here.

The place is amazing!! High quality fixtures and little touches that really enhances the experience of living here. Staff has been super helpful and assisted greatly in moving in. Spacious townhome closely positioned to major traffic arteries yet gives a real suburban feel. Very quiet.

The experience here so far has been great. Everyone is very friendly. Including the construction workers. All the staff that I have met are also very friendly and helpful
