Poor Management

Terrible management. Takes them weeks and months to respond to maintenance issues. Absolutely no customer service. Strongly recommend against renting at this place.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Do not live here! Management is horrible and impossible to get in contact with. Two weeks before move in the forced us to sign a new lease that increased our fees. We couldn't find a new place with that short of notice so we had to sign and move in. We moved into a filthy apartment with garbage and furniture everywhere and it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I told management, they tried to gaslight me and tell me there was no smell. They told us that we would have a renovated unit with stainless steel appliances, that was not true. Half of the appliances don't work, and when they finally replaced the stove it was a used/dirty stove. There are cockroaches and ants everywhere. We had to clean the carpet ourselves because it was STICKY from cigarette tar. Even after a thorough cleaning the carpet remains dirty. We have been here for over a month and still do not have a working key for the mailbox. If I could give negative stars I would. Management is constantly promising that they will fix things but it never happens. Every tenant I have spoken to has had a similar or worse experience.

Disgusting

This place is such a disaster. It’s nasty. Nothing is repaired in a timely manner. AC never works, multiple water leaks, mildew, poor maintenance and poor management.

I love these apartments the manager is so nice and the property look so good the salt water pool is everything !

Awful!

I wish I could give negative stars!! I loved this apartment the first few months and then they changed owners and got a new property manager, the new company is a nightmare! They have not fixed anything that has needed fixing! I’m finding mold, floor coming up, toilets not working, washing machine not working, I can’t even get them to come fix anything!!!! Don’t move here!! There’s literally ONE maintenance guy, and it’s the property managers husband and neither of them ever do there job! The property manager is NEVER in the office and is impossible to get in contact with either of them! I’ve tried to call corporate but convienent you they don’t have a number for that either!!!!! Oh and they are supposed to be pet friendly and also left me several notices about my sons (who’s autistic) service dog barking while we weren’t home!

Great apartment, great loxation and Peaceful!

I really like living here. My apartment is great and peaceful. I'm a UGA grad student and studying is my main focus, this place is so close to everything, but at the same time, not in the middle of the unwanted traffic and parties. The staff makes living here nice and they are forever helpful. Best place to live in Athens.

Awesome Place

Love my apartment. I have lived here for a few years now. They have just recently gone through management change and the new team is awesome. Would recommend to all.
