Bullocks Point Townhomes

I have lived here for over 10 years & have seen several managers & office staff come & go, some pleasant but never available to speak with, some just rude. However, the newest Manager & her assistant are fabulous, available to speak with or reach whether by phone, text, email or a visit to the office.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I have to say this has been a great decision. The management is absolutely wonderful. Grounds are clean and accessible as well as all of the common areas. The application process was streamlined and handled so well by the management staff, and I even had them reach out to me to check in on how I was doing with the new move. The apartment itself was in perfect condition upon move in and I could not find one negative thing to say about the community.

I've lived here for two years and during that time I've felt there have been issues with the management. However, there is new management that have recently moved over from another property and they are lovely. They have been quick to return calls and willing to hear issues and do their best to remedy them quickly. I just signed for a third year and am looking forward to seeing what this new team does.

After a short time living there, I decided I couldn’t take it any longer and moved out. To start the apartment is well advertised and has a ton of false promises. The rooms were spacious and there was a lot of closet space. Some tenants were nice, a lot of smokers. There are constant inspections of “fire alarm systems” or whichever excuse without proper notice. Mgmt would leave a note on the door and not mailed or emailed according to the RI Tenant Handbook. Cars will be towed randomly, without warning if the parking sticker isn’t displayed correctly (although the office collects registration and insurance information annually). A couple tenants purchased new vehicles and although the office had their registration information and did not provide a parking sticker, their cars were towed. There was no reimbursement from the main office, nor did they know where the tow company was located until multiple people complained. The laundry room has machines that constantly break down or rip up clothing and the office doesn’t do anything about it due to the company being outsourced. I had issues with my refrigerator and maintenance themselves complained of how the company would rather repair a dying fridge than replace it. It is a poorly managed company that wants a lot of money for sub par apartments. I would not recommend to anyone looking at this place. Please turn away and find something else.

I have lived at this property for 4 years now and I can honestly say I love it here the grounds are beautiful / management is amazing I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for clean safe & upgraded apartments !!!!

Great place, great location, and great staff! I moved in a nearly 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the place and location. Across the street from the park which is on the beach and is great for walks with the family and dog. The bike path is literally behind the Townhomes and is great for going on evening runs! The neighborhood is very quiet, next to a school, and not far from town center for takeout and groceries. I would specifically mention that Andrea, the property manager, made the move-in such a great experience, kind, easy to talk with, and was EXTREMELY thorough so I was able to move in with no questions and exactly when I wanted. Great spot extremely satisfied.

This is a very good place for me and my puppy. The maintenance guys are so polite and Paulina at the office was so welcoming and made sure we had everything for our move. I just wish the gym and laundry room was opened 24h so people with different work schedules could go at all times.

Leasing is rude. Would not recommended. Roomy apartment but overpriced considering.

Just okay apartments considering people are constantly smoking outside next to or on the steps, which is supposed to be a lease violation. As a windows open type of person this is a bummer. This also leads to the littering of cigarette butts. Leasing is sometimes kind, sometimes not so much. Great location and good utilities/maintenance, unfortunately we will not be renewing our lease

I've recently moved into Bullocks about 2 months ago with my boyfriend. We love the environment and how friendly the staff is! Paulina is always on top of things and the rest of the staff get the job done quick! Location is perfect! Not too far away from Barrington or Seekonk and plenty to do! Beautiful sights and there's also a local seafood spot right across the street! Bullocks has plenty to offer! They have done a beautiful job renovating everything! On top of that, we have a dog and there are plenty of other dogs around us for him to play with! Highly recommend moving here!

I moved in about 2 months ago and the whole experience has been great. Paulina, the rest of the office staff, and the maintenance crew are responsive and friendly. The only issue I had was a slow-draining shower, but I mentioned it to Paulina and it was snaked and replaced the following day. The neighbors are respectful, and there's plenty of parking. The laundry facilities are well maintained. I don't worry about having to get a good washer or waiting for a working dryer--they are all in good shape and clean. The location is excellent. It's surrounded by parks and public land. It takes about 20 minutes to get into Providence with morning traffic, and about 10 minutes during off peak hours. There are two RIPTA bus stops on the property. I highly recommend this rental community!

I just moved in to bullock apartments an I love my new apartment and I love how it’s pet friendly all my neighbors are very nice and The office manager Paulina was a great help.

My husband and I absolutely love living at Bullocks Point. The apartments are so spacious and the property is so well maintained. The utilities that they offer is amazing! From the laundry rooms, fitness center to the convenient pet areas where my little pup can run around and play. Management is so friendly and responsive to all questions you may have. Paulina is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and so caring. She will try to help you to best of her ability. I would recommend Bullocks Point to all my family and friends! This is such a great place to live!

We moved in almost 2 weeks ago and am really impressed so far. From viewing the property, to signing the lease and moving in, they have been very accommodating. Paulina and Andrea in the leasing office are really friendly and quick to respond to any questions you might have. The units are clean and modern. Feels more like a house than any complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance, I have to say, has really impressed me. They are quick to fix any issues and that says a lot. I don’t take that for granted, especially coming from places who would take weeks or months, if at all, to fix issues — whether it be inside or out. Big bonus for me is that they are dog friendly! Very hard to find in Rhode Island. For dogs that weigh more than 20lbs, anyway! There is also a fenced in dog park on the property, and Barrington dog park is literally a 2 minute drive. Don’t let old reviews fool you. Bullocks Point has really come a long way in the past few years. Great place to call home.

It’s a beautiful and quiet place to live .the people are so kind here. I like how the maetience is always on call and comes soon as possible and fixes the problem . Carlos is a excellent maetience guy . Laundry Room is nice I just wish the washers could be a little bigger and add a few more their . There is a nice lady that works in the Office named Paulina she is very helpful and kind and always has answers to all of my questions ... I give bulkocks point 6 Stars ?? ??????????
