As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Prime Apartments and Townhomes at White Oak
I am a current resident and will NOT renew my lease. Since Prime has taken over, it has been a terrible experience. I put maintenance requests in 3 months ago and still haven’t been contacted by maintenance or the property managers. There is never a property manager on site and they don’t answer the phone numbers they give you to call. It wasn’t so bad before when Burgundy court owned it because they were quick to respond to issues and there was always someone available to address issues and the rent was lower. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
If could give zero stars I would. They do not care about the conditions of your apartment. They only care about the landscaping. Management does not keep their word. They are always under staffed. Do not move here.
I am living in this apartment and this is hell. Neither the maintenance or their employees response to you on time. How do they get rating 4 out of 5??????. They supposed to get 0.5 out 5.Zero customers service no time response, if something emergency happen no show no received call. I would like to tell all people plz don’t try to come on this apartment this worst place they make your life hell, your problem is joke for them.
Getting this place is the best choice ever. I’ve had horrible experiences with my first apartment and had to leave after being there for a month. Discovered Burgundy Court and took a chance on it. So peaceful and clean and just beautiful. I love it. Price is reasonable and is located near everything. Been here for over 6 months now and I’m thinking of renewing my lease once it’s over!!! This is a combination of luxury and affordable pricing at its best. Yeah some people may have horrible experiences here, but it depends on which building your put in. I got lucky getting the clean, bug free apartment. Thank god. It’s all about chances.??

Thank you for sharing your overwhelming satisfaction in our community! Our team is truly delighted to know that you are so happy in your home here with us. We look forward to assisting you in renewing your lease!
Glad I'm moving. Appliances are old/cheap, dishwashers never get anything clean. Thin walls, loud, water is turned off often & without any notice. Happened 2 times while I was in shower making me late to work. I had to start showering at night so it wouldn't happen. Stupid fees they refuse to remove even when you did what you were supposed to. Example: You must have renter's insurance to live here. I changed my rental insurance company called the office asked if I can email the proof in they gave me an email address I told her I was emailing as we spoke, which I did. 3 weeks later I get a bill for $25 fee for them not receiving it. I called let them know I had talked to them 3 weeks ago and emailed it to the email address provided, forwarded that email showing the date I sent it in, they still refused to remove the fee stating I should have made sure they received it. I guess I just thought if they didn't receive the email they would have called me back before charging me a fee since I told her on the phone I sent it. Her comment was I should have called them back later to make sure. Yes it was only $25 but this happens with multiple things making you have fees for this and fees for that. Just poor management decisions made by them which makes responsible people leave. I would be staying if managed better. I'm not an apartment hopper either, I lived in my last place 8 years. Also multiple apartments here have had BED BUGS (yes including mine). They will only allow you to use one man to get rid of them. It's a spray service (no heat treating permitted) that you have to do every Friday for weeks that you have to pay for. You have to be out of the apartment for 4 hours every Friday while they do this. The smell is awful so even though it was December we left our windows open all night. My thought process on this is if I have to pay for the service I should be able to choose the service I want (as long as it's proven to work and safe) to use to get rid of them especially heat treatment since it's proven to work and leaves no odors behind for children to smell. I have never had bed bugs and was very upset when I got them. I had no idea that multiple neighbors had had them until after I got them and had to go through the process to try to get rid of them. If I had known they were an issue here definitely wouldn't have moved here. I'm just glad to be leaving.

It is unfortunate to hear that your experience with us is ending on such a note. Our goal is to provide the best possible living experience for our residents, although we realize that it is not entirely up to our team. Communication regarding concerns within your home is required in order for us to help. On the rare occasion, situations beyond our control arise and we sincerely regret the inconveniences associated. Requiring renter's insurance is common practice among many apartment communities and for the protection of our residents, we do employ a system that automatically provides coverage should their own coverage lapse. This safeguards a resident's belongings, should something happen in between the lapse and coverage reinstatement. If the declaration of insurance is not recorded prior to the end date of the previous coverage, insurance is instated on behalf of the resident. The invoice for such temporary coverage is non-refundable upon receiving an updated statement. This is true not only for our resident, but also for our property. This is why we work in advance to ask that residents provide such documentation, just as we did in this instance. While no home/ apartment community is immune to pest control issues, we do address such concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. Working with reputable vendors is our common practice and our choice to allow approved vendors and practices is done so out of protection for our residents and community at large. We do hope that you find happiness in your new home as we continue to provide a positive experience for the great majority of our community members.
I love this apt community my neighbors make up several ethnic groups and we all get along beautifully. My apartment is roomy and I love my washer and dryer room right inside my apartment. The office staff are always friendly and respond to my requests promptly. I feel safe and happy living here. It may just be an apartment but I consider it my home.
Burgundy Court Apartments offer a place of quiet, friendly solitude tucked within a very nice and friendly neighborhood. I regularly enjoy walking within and outside the complex. It is situated near bus lines, restaurants, various grocers, mini marts, pharmacies and gas stations. There is even a public library within walking distance and several churches. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to respond when called. Perks: parking, pool, playground, and in-suite laundry hook-ups. It was a great choice for down-sizing from a house.
We love our apartment at burgundy court. I this us a great community to raise a family. Neighbors are friendly and excellent school district. This is our 2nd year here and I have no complaints. Management is easy to deal with and quick to respond. Stress free living:)
