Cockroach filled, towing company that tow your car at any chance it will get, poorly taken care, had water leaks in the ceiling, maintenance that don't do anything, and ignore complaints until the actually become major issue like the roof caving. Didn't even provide dishwasher until years living in the unit after multiple request when it should provided. This cut throat apartment that don't care about their customers.
Poor Management Poor Maintenance Poor Up keep Call office or visit good luck contacting someone... Renter beware you've been warned. A new owner just took over and I am pretty sure he would be disappointed if he truly knew how this place is being ran. Thought things would get better so far ever week I am proven wrong.
Great place to live. Apartments and buildings are very well cared for. Quiet location that is close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is fantastic, very helpful and very quick to respond. Glad we chose Burgundy Hills.

Location is well arranged. Josi and Dylan always answer questions for me and my maintenance is always taken care of in a quick manner. Grounds are clean.

Great location and clean property. I’ve looked here a few different times and I love the changes. I’ve spoke to Josi several times and she is always responsive and gets back to me in a fast manner. I hope they have availability for what I’m looking for soon!
I’ve been here for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. Josi is great with communication and helpful with any issues! Honestly this apartment has been perfect for me and I definitely plan on staying for awhile. No complaints here!
I am extremely happy with my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Beautiful hardwood floors, nice clean carpet in the bedrooms, lots of windows for natural light to shine in, sturdy mini blinds and cool private balcony. Josi was super sweet and very helpful during the application process. Maintenance were willing to help and answer questions when moving in.
I have worked with the Property Manager and the Maintenance/HVAC Supervisor. Communication is consistent, clear and on time! Responses to both my emails and phone calls have been answered in a timely manner. I recommend these apartments mostly because of the best customer service!
Super Clean property first thing I noticed when I pulled on the grounds where they had doggy sites so I know the property is well taken care of the apartments are newly updated I love the gray and white color schemes they have going inside the apartment . the property manager Josie is super friendly super professional and it’s always there if you need help the maintenance man it’s on top of his game. I would totally recommend these apartments to a small family me and my family love it!!! Can’t wait for the pool to open !
They are gorgeous, newly rebuilt after a fire from Jan. 2020. They pushed my move in date back twice due to inspection issues so I was forced to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks. When I finally moved in, my boyfriend assisted me. We had been talking about him moving in with me but hadn't made it concrete yet. My lease states i am allowed a guest up to a week, after 2 days of him helping me move in and sleeping there at night, Management emailed me demanding he apply to the location if he is going to live there. He filled out an application, told me he was approved, and he has yet to sign any paperwork when he repeatedly asked about it (it's been 8 months). It took nearly a month to have a window fixed that had been leaking black liquid into the inside of our apartment, during which we received little to no communication when the repair company continuously canceled causing use to repeatedly have to crate our dog for 10 hours a day for no reason. We missed work when told we needed to be here for said repairman on a number of those occasions as well. When he finally showed up, he stayed for 5 minutes, and claimed he couldn't find anything wrong. 20 minutes after he left my boyfriend came home from work and took pictures of the window that had black liquid residue and stains from it on the window sill. When Managemnt finally got ahold of us to give us more excuses, they scolded us for contacting the repair company and tried to tell us that random popup cancelations were normal for subcontractors. Random pop-up cancelations may be normal, but without communication to the customer it could cost individuals their job or some form of reimbursement or compensation. This past winter was also poorly handled. It took 2 days to get them to plow or treat the parking lot causing us and other tenants to miss work. We are now trying to get information on breaking the lease. It has been over a week since we requested this information and we still have not heard back from the individual who manages the apartments. OVERALL very dissatisfied and disappointed in the management of the apartments... would not recommend living here to anyone.
Good place to live. Good location, quiet and Josi in the office is very efficient with handling any questions that we have. Dylan does a great job with the maintenance. I put a request in and he was here that day and took care of it. The changes that I've seen over the past year, have been great. The management team is really working together and handling things terrific. I can't wait to see the changes that are going to come in the future.

The living room in the two bed is huge! Location is near everything, and the views from are great depending on where you're at. Josi in the front office is very helpful! She made everything easy and quick; very easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

The property manager is incredibly professional and friendly. She cares about everyone who lives in the complex and will stand up for tenants when she needs to. The maintenance guy gets in and takes care of the issue quickly when a work order is submitted. If something needs to be ordered, he lets you know how long it'll take for it to come in and offers temporary solutions in the meantime.

I moved into this apartment complex a few months ago and have had a great experience. Management is super welcoming and very easy to talk to. I have a large dog and it’s always hard to find a welcoming place from him, however this community is filled with such a dog friendly atmosphere I love it so much. The apartments are a decent quality and very affordable!

My husband and I just moved here, and Josi was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and made sure we were set up with everything we need as soon as possible. We noted a minor repair when we moved in, and maintenance came out that day to fix it. So far we are very happy with this place!

I have been in the community since 2018. The management has changed and I could not be happier with the services. Our maintenance issues were all resolved within a week and took one day to complete. I've been here almost 3 years and I can say things have changed completely in the time I've been here. The previous manager was always gone. I had mantenence issues that went on for years. Things that caused not only issues in my apartment but the one below me as well. Since the new management and mantinence has taken over, I've not had any issues getting ahold of the current manager. Any issues I've had have been fixed in a timely manner and done properly. All of the things that were not taken care of before are now fixed in both units. I would definitely say it's much much better and I enjoy living here.

I give this property give stars. I been here for the past four months and have seen drastic changes from what the other residents have told me it was previously years prior. Have no problem getting ahold of manager and issues have been getting addressed. Things seem to be headed in the right direction. The new staff is great!
