Place was calm and very peaceful Dora the old manager was super nice professional & respectful lady. they have a new management and a sign for possible renters. And be alert because company was sold so beware its under horrible new management. She is unprofessional rude always behind every tenant like a security gaurd every little thing bugs her and came with strict made up non logical rules. If you want to be under no peace move in here they dont fix anything since before ..just beware I will be moving next month after living here for 5 yrs thats how bad it is.
We've been living here the since June 2017 and since then we've already changed building managers. The building itself is relatively new with beautiful foliage and lawns, lots of great space and open lighting with a large kitchen and washer/dryer connections. The building and surrounding neighborhood itself is constantly being vandalized and trashed. Parking is impossible if you don't have a garage which this unit does include 2 spaces for a 3-bedroom. It's worth noting I've had packages stolen from the front porch, so have your stuff delivered to your work if you can. Management is usually very quick to respond to certain issues but if you have a maintenance request expect those to NEVER get done. An outstanding issue we've had since moving here was the cockroaches in the kitchen. No amenities to this place, i.e. pool, gym, etc. Overall, the rent is cheap, the unit is huge with lots of space and storage. If you never have to leave your unit and never want to have any building support, then Burnet Townhomes is perfect for you!
Great place to live. Quiet and spacious rooms. Neighbors aren't too loud. If there's ever a problem it's usually solved very fast by the BM (Dora). Dora is very helpful and she goes outside of her way to help EVERYBODY all at once. But I truly believe she does a great job of being respectful and professional, even when the tenant may not have been. Overall really good place to live. Oh and I hate the tandem parking lol. Well at our place has it. Some of the other place have side by side. 4 stars

Not a horrible place but the surrounding area is a little run down. The unit I moved into was just remodeled and looked great. I had a little problem with seeing cockroaches when I first moved in but I think that was mainly do to the recent remodel. I haven't seen a cockroach in a month or so. The price was fair for the 3 bed 2.5 bath 1,800 sq ft unit. Tons of space and has washer and dryer hook ups.
