Property Ratings at Burning Tree Apartments
Burning Tree Apts, a true view point of this place. I lived here almost six months. I will be honest with you if not for current staff in front office Tara (leasing agent) Breanna (Manager). I would have paid to get out of this lease. But so far they seem to be the breath of fresh air this place needs. What you want to know; these apartments are safe, close to just about everything even air port. As far as floor plans and decor on the inside of the apartments. There older and need some updating, but keep in mind super updated means breaking the wallet each month. So if your looking for a place that is simple in design and decor colors that will not break the wallet. YOU JUST FOUND IT!! Even though there older apts, with simple design leave you with better options for making it your own. As far as extras here, not much but the pool and great company. I have REAL Neighbors for the first time in 20yrs living in San Antonio. But who knows we have updates coming in the near future. I just hope it doesn't change the atmosphere here. Have I had any real issues in my six months here heck yes. But the new staff has taken care of most of the issues. Its going to take them awhile to get things in order after the last staff that was here. I would say my biggest issue is still maintenance here. Its luck of the draw here, we have two new guys that I have been please with. One guy who has been here awhile that should have gone with other staff. But over all I'm close to family and friends at this location. So I for see renewing my lease.
