Property Ratings at Burton Hills
There is always room for improvement. Since I've moved here in Aug of 2021, there has been so many positive changes in the complex. From the property's green areas and all the amenities to the office staff and to the quality and kindness of the new tenants. I was pleased when I moved in and now I'm really loving my home.
Everything with this property is amazing! The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. The property is well kept and clean.
Beautiful apartments and super sweet staff. Always willing to help and are there when I need them.
I stopped by to tour this community and it was an absolute pleasure. The amenities are phenomenal, and the location is incredible! The entire team there was amazing! I will definitely be leasing here in January.
Parking is horrible, tenants with pets bouncing around above on the third floor, more like a hotel everything echoes in the hallways,

Me and my partner live here. The apartments are nice if you can afford them. No sound complaints, nice neighbors, the club house is cool. Pool is fairly clean. However, we received "low renewal rates" that increased rent by $100 no matter what choice we chose. Disappointed that we couldn't stay longer.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the staff at my apartment complex, and I must say, they are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. From the moment I inquired about the community, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provide me with all the information I needed. Even after I moved in, they continued to be incredibly helpful. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to address it and always made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. It's clear that they truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and comfortable. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the staff at my apartment complex. They have made my experience here truly enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to call home.
I moved in a couple months ago and absolutely love it here so far! The leasing staff made moving in a breeze, and the maintenance staff is so responsive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order. From great amenities to top-notch customer service, you can't go wrong signing a lease and moving in at Burton Hills!
The apartments are pretty new and in great condition. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Amenities are well maintained and the apartments facing the mountains have a fantastic view.

My wife and I just moved and transferred to another apartment close to downtown. Hated leaving because these are such great apartments. Monica and Jacob were very easy to work with, maintenance was quick and professional as well. Very close to I-26 and the airport. Also close to Sierra Nevada brewery which is awesome.

Impresive property in a beautiful area. I was very impressed by the beauty of the new apartments luxury is an under statement. Monica and her stuff were extremely helpful and welcoming in every aspect. I recommend any body moving to this area. They should definitely check out this apartment complex.

The apartment complex leaves garbage piled in the complex at all hours of the day. It smells rancid and is disgusting to look at 4 out of 7 days of the week. Valet garbage will find any reason to not service your apartment. If you like to host parties this is NOT the place! They tow your guests starting at 6pm-8am. Dog park is disappointing. Nice looking club house. But the fire pit more often than not is out of propane. Only one of the grills are in maintenance. Ugly wearhouse at the back of the property. The owner of the wearhouse is mean and piles junk cars on the edge of the property also there are homeless squatters. Halls are lit at all times so all the bugs are attracted to the halls at night. This is not what I would consider luxury ...not worth the exorbitant rent at all. I would rate lower if I could.

This property has it all! Amazing amenities, friendly staff, beautiful apartments, and amazing mountain views. Minutes from food and shopping, and a short drive from downtown Asheville. Plus, their one bedroom apartments are larger than most complex's two bedrooms!
