Hello I’m anisha I’ve moved in feb 14 to a very clean apartment quiet people around I love that the most and not to mention anytime you need maintenance Renee make sure it gets done right away doesn’t take a week to get anything fixed anything you need gets fixed soon as possible I’m in love with my new home and if you are looking for a apartment here’s the perfect place to be !
Loud music from cars in the parking lot at night, not enough parking spots, sorry I moved here.
These apartments are sandwiched between the golf course and woods, which means all apartments get a serene look from their patios. The design is clean and efficent, with my top apartment having high vaulted ceilings. There is a nook by the window which I used for dining but might be a great place for the office. The staff is amazing - always willing to stop by for any help or just a friendly visit. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from them and they even stopped eating supper to help once. The neighbors were always very nice and friendly. Great place for kids if that's your life. It also feeds into great schools and is near all levels. It is also right by the Boys and Girls Club if your kiddo is looking for that.
I have been a tenant @Burton Ridge Apt for 3yrs..I love my apartment..It makes me feel like I'm in a house not an Apartment... We have the best & hardest workers Landlords in the World... Glenn & Jackie Soafford...They make sure Burton Ridge is Beautiful & Peaceful at All times...Even when tenants treat them like they're nobody... I'm proud to live at this resident & going to stay long as I can...There's no place like home(Burton Ridge)
At this time in our lives we were looking for a nice, quiet place to call home and found it here at Burton Ridge. The managers here are wonderful and fix any thing that goes wrong..immediately. The grounds are kept perfect..very clean, always mowed. Its close to our grocery store and a bus line for when we can no longer drive. The wooded area in back is one of my favorites because it brings in the wildlife for us to feed and enjoy! Luckily we got a neighbor who is just like us and we share the feeding and have names for some of the critters...Free rent would sure help us as we are on social security...then we could buy more pet food...
Clean, well maintained, and spacious. Excellent on-site manager! Good location.
Convenient location, extremely well maintained and large apartments. Washer and dryer in the apartment is a big plus. A true community.
