Property Ratings at Bush Street Apartments
We were renting one of the units in the center of the property. Initially we wee very happy with it. The maintenance of the property is awful, don't expect to get a response from property management. There is only a single bedroom, there is no AC, it does not have walk-in closets, it does not have a storage unit, the parking lot is filled with unavoidable potholes. After 3 months of not getting a response for repairs our skylight blew off our apartment in a storm and was raining inside our apartment. When repair men came to finally repair things they were outrageously rude and unqualified to do the work. The electrician quit after unable to fix the problems and left our unit with no power, having to call public service to fix. Would not recommend to anyone.
We just moved into our apartment recently. When first toured we were very happy with how well maintained the units seemed to be. Our other showings in the area seemed to be highly disappointing. The gentleman who showed us around was very kind and a great person to talk to and he related to our past problems (great customer service). We are just a couple no kids at the moment and though it's small for us it's in great condition and larger then some others we saw. We do wish the kitchen was bigger definitely for the cupboard space and the stove. As well as not having false drawers in the kitchen and bathroom but even the laundry room and yard is kept nice and it's close to town. All and all it's a perfect starter apartment!
