Though, you’ll find it has its own centralized commercial district on Main Street, which brings the locals convenience and options you would expect. Reisterstown follows the curve of Interstate 795, affording an easy trip into downtown.
Just minutes from your apartment, you’ll discover family-owned businesses and a plethora of eateries. Residents enjoy the park space at Hannah More Park, which happens to be located in the heart of the city. In addition to modern amenities, there’s a military training facility north of Reisterstown.

Property Ratings at Butler Ridge
Lived here now 3+ years. We've had issues with our dryer for over 3 months now, we have to be the ones to call the vendor to come fix it. Vendor hasn't come around yet despite having to raise a service request myself and the office is less concerned. All they do is sit in the office and care less about our living conditions. I also complained of a truck being packed by my window and the smoke from the exhaust gets into my room every morning the owner moves the van off with my little baby with me ....voila they care less. In the days of Ms Adelle, she'd come around, check these complaints and work on them but these ones they have now just sit in the office, can't resolve complaints, dont have empathy and just come in to mark their office times and go home. I am extremely dissapointed and cannot wait to move out!

This is the 4th time I’ve seen a mouse , in 1 year and 1 month of being here I keep my apartment clean ... now I’m starting to gnats ... people don’t know how to park here kids run in front of your cars while your driving my car is scratched from people not parking in there lines and hitting by doors I use to like to be home aka my safe place but now I don’t neighbors dumping kitty litter up and down the steps or in front of the building... leaving the hallways to smell like cat urine even when the cleaner does his best to keep it up ???????

I moved in a year ago and it seemed good initially because of their maintenance response time which is applaudable compared to surrounding competition however, I was promised some touch up upon renewal of my lease last June and up till now, I am yet to hear from the leasing authorities despite calling and sending several email reminders. Am hoping I won't have to come back here to give a bad review after all... Still waiting....

I would like to give my review of my experience with Butler Ridge. I was looking for a place in the same area of Reisterstown, because it's a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was also downsizing from a 3 bedroom townhouse into a 2 bedroom apartment. I came across Butler Ridge and decided to contact them to see what they had available. I worked with Adelle and she is a God Sent. She is nice, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She walked me through the application process, and I was approved for an apartment within 2 days. I will give another review once I move into my apartment in June 2020. I would like to thank Adelle for being such an awesome person and she does an excellent job at Butler Ridge.

Living at butler ridge is really nice. Quiet and with a great amount of space. The maintenance is really reliable. It's pretty awesome here
I've been here for over a year now. It's a nice quiet neighborhood tucked away from the noise of traffic. The floor plan is great, maintenance is very responsive. The property manager Jason and Jerri who runs the office are both professional, friendly and accommodating. When I had an issue that required immediate attention and the maintenance staff couldn't get to me right away, the property manager came and assisted me personally. It's affordable, close to stores, close to the beltway and I plan to be here for a long time. -ITMB
We love living in this property!!! We have lived her for over a year and it is the best property we have lived in.
The Butler Ridge apartments are well-managed and consistently kept clean. I am impressed by how well the place is maintained (from the way how the different equipment works to the actual convenience of the location). Since my background was in quality control, I appreciate the effort that is done here. One other thing that should be mentioned -- the air conditioning system at Butler Ridge apartments works unusually well [I have not seen this situation to occur at other places that I lived, so I appreciate this fact!].
I've recently moved here almost a year ago to be closer to work and it's been so far so good. Maintenance always take care of things same day and the supermarket and a great buffet are right across the street. I love that I have my own bathroom in my room and if I have guest over they have their own space. No issues with mice or bugs.
I've been living at Butler Ridge for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it here. The management team is quick to respond to any requests and they truly care about the people here. The schools in the area are the best of the best and it's a great location. I couldn't ask for a better place to live than Butler Ridge. But
I have lived here for over 8 years.I truly love it,access to the pool and gym which is great for my convenience. The property is well taken care of,The manager and the maintenance team do a fantastic job!
Butler Ridge is a wonderful place to live. Staff is great. Never have to worry about the property not being cleaned. When it snows maintenance staff is on it quickly. Over all great property to live...
Living at Butler Ridge has been a great 5 years. The mgmt staff is respectful, honest. Maintenance is always on point, if something needs a lil touch up or fixing they are there in a timely manner always.
The staff is really nice and a very quiet place to live.
I am have been living at the Preserve since 2013. When Morgan Properties took over you could tell they wanted to increase the value of the apartments. I wish they would upgrade all the apartments instead of a select few. It is very quiet in my apartment complex now. Sometimes I forget that I do have neighbors below and across from me since it's seldom if I hear someone. I think something needs to be done to the infrastructure of the buildings. The floorboards creak when I walk on my carpet and the laundry rooms need to be overhauled. It's typical apartment living.
since i got here the staff has changed but still I feel good coming home from work and feeling ok about where i Live. and people do ask me how I found this place. it is a community of adults and that's what i needed. now i have been here for almost 3 yrs
I do not like quicksand. I like solid, steady grounds. I like to know where I stand and walk with my head high, proud eve. My apartment is nothing but quicksand. I have mice and bugs that surprise me at night time; I can hear my neighbors steps like it was inside my own apartment, scarying me in the middle of the night. No maintenance, prevents me to even look outside through my window, to embrace God's good work on a regular Sunday. I need a solid, steady, nice, place that I can really call home. Just to think that we actually paid not to feel at home....crazy!
Good location. Apartments are very spacious if you don't mind the slight homely outside appearance.
