If you seek a family environment, look somewhere else. Management tells tenants business to other tenants. Management calls tenants jobs multiple times without seeking if what is being said is true. Laundry room rarely gets serviced. Lots of violence in apartments. Constantly tries to get over on tenants. Dates notices the day before but doesn’t put notices on till the day after. I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM BUTTERFLY GROVE AGAIN . just because you change the paint on a building does not mean it changes the atmosphere or the people in it!!!!!!

They never on time .. they never help .. and the females don’t know how to talk to people .. very unprofessional .. I would not live here .. the police apartments

Ive been here just short of a year. The roaches never go away because there is no regular pest control here. We are expected to go sign up on a list to get pest control in our units, but when none of your neighbors are signing up for pest control it makes no sense to keep signing up for pest control every month. The roaches don't go away because nobody else is signing up! The manager doesn't want to spray regularly around the buildings so roaches keep coming. Waiting for my lease to end! Great staff doesn't matter. It is unhealthy to live with roaches, especially with children. They have a grade of F with the Better Business Bureau, to no surprise.

I just moved out of these horrible apartments a few months ago, don't be fooled by the so called good reviews. They had a special going on that if you gave them a good review they would waive the application fees. Every bad review is TRUE. They are roach infested, you will see them on the first day you move in. They will assure you they do weekly pest control but that is temporary. The bugs keep coming back because they have cracks and gaps everywhere from doing a bad job putting the apartment together. You can see a cut out in a lot of the bathroom where mold was and they paint over it. I took a bath for the first time to sit in the tub and realize it was all sticky. I realized it was white spray paint that they used to cover a black ring around the tub. They spray paint over dust and areas instead of properly cleaning them. During the summer you will find the so called sparkling pool turn into a horrendous green. There is absolutely no confidentiality here, expect the office workers to talk about your business to their friends and family who live here. The units are poorly made where I can clearly hear my neighbor above me and know exactly what room he/she was in. Lots of kids running around unattended and lots of drug activity here too.

The staff was friendly, helpful and quick it was a little confusing finding the office but once I did they were great.

The staff at Butterfly Grove are really nice and helpful, they answered all my questions. The apartments are really nice and clean, they also have a really nice pool.

moved in while pregnant in 2006, loved my unit except for the leaking sealing and black mold. Put in multiple maintenance requests for repair, when my son was almost four months old they came in and cut the sealing out but covered it with plastic, we had all had some health issues, one day my bird died and shortly after my son passed away. It was ruled as SUDs and listed that the black mold could have been a contributing factor. Black mold can't be tested after death unless they bring a machine into the unit to test the unit. They released me from my lease and I moved out but I will never recover from the loss of my son and will always regret moving here.

I love the staff here. They are very welcoming and friendly. The property is so inviting and I can't wait to see my new place!!! Thank you staff!!

Butterfly Grove Apartments are newly upgraded, spacious and quiet. I recommend anyone to live here.

Hi I'm Margaret I been living here for 2 yr n 3 month. Yesterday noon my A/c was out n there was no one at the office. So hopefully I get my A/c Back on tomorrow. But everything else is good besides my A/c.

Looking to move here and the staff is really friendly and the complex is very clean and inviting. Very excited to possibly live here

The remodel of these apartments are amazing!! From the inside to the outside they are making me excited to become a resident soon! I can't wait any longer!

I went by these apartments today and looked at them on the inside and the out they look so nice now the apartment managers and the staff that I talk to helped where so nice they helped me out so much

The apartment model that they showed us looked very nice and clean. The apartment complex looks updated and remodel. Tania the office worker who took us for a tour of the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

Kaysha was very polite and friendly I will be applying for a unit and will be comfortable living there

the staff here is awesome, very respectful. the units are newly remodeled and look great. I highly recommend this place especially after all the upgrades. not mention the free wifi they offer! ... close to fashion fair mall, schools, and other shopping areas and restaraunts. A for me!

Looking for a place to move in saw these an they were really nice and clean. Everything is remodeled and new. The people are really nice and are able to show you a unit to see how they are.

I honestly liked this place until i started seeing roaches in my house as well as just recently when maintenance came in and my dog escaped. The fact that they did not care and put the blame on us for them not letting us know they will be there the same day. Will be calling housing authorities on the situation that happened. The girls are rude and it's just overall very unprofessional.

do not come to this place its a rip off they do not help u in any way they will not work with u on rent if your late there units are full of cockroaches and rats please do not try this place u will not like them!!!!

The apartments are insect infested. The maintenance is 2 months behind. The office team and assistant manager do not notate your phone calls or work orders.
