Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and responsive, making living here a breeze. Additionally, the online portal makes communication and addressing concerns a seamless process. It truly is a gem of a place to call home.
Butterworth Flats is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city and surrounded by the rich history of the art district of Petersburg. With features such as vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, concrete floors, and beautiful white walls with charcoal grey trim, this building exudes character and charm. In addition, the staff makes living here effortless by providing a convenient portal for residents to communicate any concerns. Overall, I have been living here for a few years and couldn't be happier with my experience.
Butterworth has been the best living experience I could ask for! High ceilings, plentyyy of cabinets and space, washer/dryer with a RELIABLE maintenance crew and EVERYTHING included in the rent. Last bust most certainly not least Ms.Noelle is the best landlord ever! What more can you ask for?
