Property Ratings at Cabana Bullard
Don't rent an apartment here. While the complex is nice, they are not resident friendly, the property management team is arrogant, unfriendly, lacks empathy, and is empowered to do nothing. Customer service isn't in their DNA apparently and with the strictest lease agreement I've ever seen, which I don't actually mind, it's the prehistoric practices they invoke for small infractions that should scare anybody away from doing business with this property or any related property. Seriously, buyer beware!

I have lived here for 5 months. I can say that this is the cheapest built complex I have ever lived in. My AC has broken down several times. The pipes in the walls we incorrectly installed and flooded my whole bathroom on the first day I moved in. And my kitchen drawer has broken off and broke my toe. The apartments solution to this issue was a gift card to a restaurant near by. The office ladies are wonderful but the corporate team behind them do not care and found the cheapest way to put these apartments together. I would not recommend living here.

These new apartments are basic and a bit smaller but still very nice.Full size appliances,including washer and dryer.There are a lot of positives about this place.Closer to work for me,in a nice area with plenty of stores.Office staff fantastic.
