Property Ratings at Cabernet Apartments
Been here 4 years they keep raising the rent and not fixing or doing anything to justify it . Dog crap everywhere and dogs running around without leashes. Cannot use the clubhouse that they list, because of COVID the pool is out, ant then when they did open it, it was only open Monday through Saturday 9 to 5 so if you work sorry the pool is not for you. In order to get to the pool and laundry room if you have a walker or wheelchair you have to go all the way around the building because there's no ramp when it is 100+ or if it is raining that makes it hard for the disabled people. No windows in living room so it is so dark no lights in living room makes you feel like you're in a cave. Hate it here can't afford to move and now they're raising the rent again I guess I will be the next homeless person
The rent continues to go up yet no changes are made to the apartments. The carpet is old, the kitchens are outdated. No garage. This place just wants more money.
I've lived here for about a year and the unit I'm renting has completely fallen apart. I've spoke with the manager, office staff, and the maintenance crew, and NOTHING is being done. The ac has gone out multiple times, plumbing issues and theres 'nothing they can do'. DONT RECOMMEND.
I Don't recommend this place. Rent is TOO high, electric bill runs very high as well. They turn the water off, with no notice to tenants. This place is a joke.

Cabernet Management invites all residents to visit the rental office with any issues you may have. When an emergency arises and it may be necessary to turn off the water, we are often unable to notify each and every resident as we generally have an excess water issue that needs to be contained. We are sorry you are unhappy but welcome you to meet with our staff to discuss.
I lived here for almost 9 years. These apartments are nicest in town. They keep the grounds nice and the apartments are good size. I'm happy here.
I have lived here for a little over two years, and in my opinion, management is more concerned with the outside appearance of the complex than the inside. All appliances, windows, and cabinets are outdated. The complex has been here more than 20yrs, and nothing has ever been changed. I live upstairs, and in the summer my apt. gets so hot, and the air conditioning costs so much to run because it's runs almost constantly. They replaced it, but replaced it with another old unit. So, when I say, "don't judge a book by its cover", I mean they look nice on the outside but the inside sucks.
