Apartments are great. Wish they could keep up with the amenities areas. Quiet neighborhood. The events are becoming much better if we keep Monica ( assistant manager) in charge. Overall no complaints here.

Valet trash is not so valet I had 4 times it was picked up I did reach out to them hopefully it's resolved other than that .the stairs are taking getting used to as well lots to carry water cases up to 2nd floor

I'm having a good experience so far, I find it super organized and peaceful here, the neighborhood is super beautiful, I really like going to the gym, I wish there were more yoga mats (I don't know what that is called) I like the pool area and the barbecue area, thank you for keeping it super clean and organized.

Management refuses to handle noise complaints. In the lease it states that you will respect the peace in the neighborhood. They refuse to enforce that. Get ready to hear dogs, conversations, and everything from your neighbors. Very thin walls!

Mediocre. We have been living here for a few years and the experiences have been going up and downs. The sound proof of the building is bad. Trash collection is horrible, wish there was an option not to have it.

Overall, Cadence seems to be a good community. I’ve had a few issues, but the property manager has been very responsive. It seems to be pretty quiet and peaceful too.

I absolutely love living at Cadence. Brittany the property manager is really helpful and friendly all the time. The rest of the office staff is great as well. Very well maintained and clean community. The prices are competitive also. The amenities and apartments are very new and clean. I love the no smoking policy. Very conveniently located to all shopping and entertainment. I just renewed my lease. Very safe community as well.

While the move in wasn’t easy because the portal was down they made sure to help me. It’s a beautiful place. It should be noted that there are no elevators.

We love living here. The girls in the office are the best . Anytime I need help with something they always go out of their way to help.. Josh and Jake are always right there to fix anything that goes wrong. Love to take our grandkids to the pool. Love that out of all tenets here they call me by name every time I enter the clubhouse. Feel very safe living here and hope to do that for years to come

Very nice community. The community is quiet and many things to do. I had a maintenance issue and their prompt attention was appreciated. Only draw back i see so far is, that residents are not cleaning up after their pets.

Some things were broken when we moved in and the floor seems to be stained in some areas. The community is beautiful and the staff has been very helpful. I would love if they could add a hot tub!

Very upscale, not bad for the price, because carpet only in the bedroom area. Plus no bugs. Also a big plus, mostly very quiet neighborhood/area. Very expensive though, but they do offer govt assistance, however rules apply to receive them. Although it has modern tech it can be tricky to get it to work, as far overall statements, its alright. Not much activities or amentities tho. Alright that’s about it.

slow start, some issues with the readiness of the unit, but the sales office has been terrific in addressing, I expect once a few weeks pass, we will be extremely happy with our decision to rent here.

I love this apartment complex, I just recently renewed my lease with my partner and we are very happy about it. Management changed so we were worried if that would reflect negatively on this apartment complex but there were a few hiccups and now that they have more staff, everything has been so great! So that was when we decided to renew it. I like the little community events they do and the coffee machine they have in the leasing office. The gym is very big for an apartment complex. Staff is friendly!!

Overall, it’s a great complex. Management is nice, love the amenities, good gym, it’s quiet here. Awesome location. Wish we had more trees or some type of shade for vehicles though. And there’s two large open grass areas that could be utilized for a volleyball court/tennis court. Or even just more benches or picnic tables spread throughout the complex.

Love the amenities! Coffee bar is great and the residents are friendly. We have renewed our lease twice and have never had a bad experience.

When I first moved in here January 2024, there were a few things going on like entertainment at happy hour and bingo. There has been nothing for the past two months, so I find the place pretty boring.

Me and my family been here for about 2 months. My husband was told that we was going to get 8 weeks free instead if 6 weeks free by Matt if we moved in on a certain date. Clearly it was to get is to move sooner but false . Well we had a bill couple weeks ago that we didn't know we was going to have . I gave them a call a women answer the phone she was very rude and talk over me. She told me that we had no bill even though my husband got an email from a third party. She said that we had no bill . We are in the month of July we find out we have a balance due and if we don't pay by tomorrow we get evicted. This wasn't the first time poor commutation and the lack of knowledge of who they work for . We wasn't even told we was going to be charge 50.00 for the month of June i called they explain it was a pet fee and the door fee would have been happy to know before hand but paid it immediately. From June to July has been nothing but a circus so now I'm rushing today to get a check.
