The community has gone down hill since the new management took over. There is trash all around and management does not keep residents updated to changes.

We love to have more amenities. Basketball court or a 24 hour fitness room where we can work out. Everything else seems to be alright. Maybe even a park on the premises.

Love so much about my community and I hope that the new ownership team will up hold the core values of the community. It has been hard to see some of the tenants to leave trash outside of the dumpster and not be respectful of the community and those they share it with.

The apartment are very nice and quiet for the most part. The only bad things for me are the spiders and the internet outages. With the change over to the new community that could be a little more communication in regards to what we have now and what we don't have

I love it here. I enjoy my backyard and it's quiet. I only wish that there was a gym on site. And that they put real grass in my backyard on the side.

The community has been nice to live in. The area is very convenient. The staff are generally helpful. The best part is not living on top or below people. The community is typically quiet once the manger sent out several notices about dogs being left in yards.

New management is doing a really good job so far. They are super welcoming! Only thing I would say is they are very expensive for not a lot of space and amenities.

Since the community changed company's I have become a bit lost as to what is going on. Today I could not get in the gate when I got home from work, the butterfly ap had logged me out and I could not get back in. That's frustrating after a 13 hour day. I haven't had time to check email but after that I thought I try and catch up with email, but alas it is late and I have to get up at 5:00 so I will continue to wait for other cars to enter so I can get to my apartment. Please somebody text me and tell me how to get in the gate. Hopefully I can figure out rent and things before that comes due again. But other than access and how to pay sure, things are great.

We were the first family to move in. In the beginning it was very stressful but once things got better we love our community minus the parking and need for more community events

This place is pretty nice, internet goes out often which sucks but other than that it’s good here. I know it’s not the apartments fault but maybe they should switch providers or how we get internet.

Despite lacking good internet and a community gym, Yardley is generally a pleasant place to live.

Dear Anonymous, We are working with our internet provider to improve the services to our residents. We do have a pretty awesome pickleball court which is a great work out. The City of Grand Prairie does offer a discount to their indoor fitness center at the EPIC Center which is only a 5 minute drive from Dechman.
Yardly Dechman is a great place to live. The grounds are well kept; two very nice dog parks; pickleball courts and a great pool and grills to use to BBQ. LOVE IT!!!!!

This is a very nice new community in the heart of Grand Prairie, Tx. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. This is an idea living for a beginner that wants a single story home with inbuilt technology.
I love my new home! Definitely the type of home I’ve been looking for. Great size! The model seems much smaller but when you actually get in it is much bigger. Only thing I’m missing now is my attached garage.
So far I love it here, nice location, nice homes, and well lit at night, which is important.

I was really excited about Yardly Dechman Apartment Homes. What I appreciated the most is the fact that no one is above or below me, no stairs and the fenced in backyard to my dog. The two dog parks are amazing. The entire community is landscaped nicely and there is even a Pickleball court. Love everything about it.
