Been living here a few months and couldn't be happier! The property itself is beautiful but the staff has been super friendly and welcoming. I love that they are still practicing resident events while taking into consideration social distancing precautions. It has made this tough time, enjoyable while still spending time with everyone virtually or distantly. Every time I have needed anything or had a question, Kristen has gone above and beyond to help me. If you are searching for a place to live in Wilmington, RUN, don't stop! This is the best place we found and we love calling it home!

If you are looking for somewhere to call home, this is the place. The sense of community here is unmatched and the staff is so friendly! Kristen, especially, has helped me tremendously every time I’ve had a question or concern. I love it here!

I've been living here at Myrtle Landing Townhomes for almost 8 months now, and I absolutely love it. I relocated to Wilmington after taking a new job, and I'm so glad I found this place. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was something I was not looking forward to. The team here made the transition so smooth and painless, and I can't begin to say how thankful I am for that. The staff/management is amazing - always so helpful and kind. Small, but mighty, I've watched this team navigate difficult situations like the pandemic and a hurricane with respect and compassion for their residents. They have been holding virtual resident events and doing everything they can to keep their residents happy and safe during these unprecedented times. The location is perfect - tucked away in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area, while also being just minutes away from everything that Wilmington/Carolina Beach has to offer. The amenities are top-notch, and the grounds are well-maintained and pleasing to the eye, which has made quarantining during COVID-19 a little more bearable. I personally haven't had any issues that would require assistance from the maintenance team, but they are always nearby if you ever need them, ready to hear your concerns and lend a helping hand whenever needed. Truly a "community" in every sense of the word. All-around great place to live!

This community is gorgeous and tucked-away from the main road. Management has completed several projects on the landscaping and it has really come a long way. I was definitely impressed when I visited.

Very happy with moving here. The townhouses alone with the amenities is a plus Kristian is a great manager and Natasha his assistant does a great job planning our monthly functions. Jayson and Rusty are on top of things when you need something repaired. They are hard working and knowledgeable.

Beautiful townhomes with great amenities. Pool is amazing and so is the gym and scenery. Very close to Carolina beach. Best part is the friendly staff Kristian, Natasha, Rusty, and Jason. They make it all that much better. Community events as well.
