Property Ratings at Cadillac Court
Great place to live with an awesome property manager. The building is well kept and very clean. I love that it has a front gate call box and a gated parking garage. It’s close to Culver City, Sawtelle, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. It’s conveniently located next to the 10 freeway entrance so it’s easy to get around LA.
This building and our unit are so nice. It has all the amenities we were looking for and more. Andrea, the building manager, has taken such great care of us. She really has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. We feel very lucky to call Cadillac Court home.
Getting things fixed here was a nightmare, as my issues were constantly overlooked and my texts from Andrea constantly ignored. I also did not receive my security deposit return until after the legal limit, and I had to basically beg for it and it returned with many incorrect deductions. Also, this area is very unsafe and unwalkable. I’ve woken up to people sleeping at the gate on 3 separate occasions. I wish I could go back and time and never sign that lease.
Property Manager at Cadillac Court, Responded To This Review
I am sorry that you felt this way. However I do always try to respond immediately to all texts if not within the same hour. I also never received any requests that were missed. We also always respond immediately to any emergencies as well as if there was ever a report of someone sleeping in the front of the building which happened once. It is a completely secure building and we are constantly doing improvements and updates to make it secure. We even added a fob system, magnetic lock and new intercom. As for security deposit refunds, we have 21 days to issue after move out. We have never failed to issue a refund within its time limit. A check used to be mailed directly from Wells Fargo and now we are refunding via payment site directly to tenants bank account. Again I am sorry that you felt you had a bad experience. Definitely not our standards or how I deal with anyone.
We lived here for a year and it was such an enjoyable experience. Andrea, the building manager, is so friendly and responsive. You definitely can get the sense that she cares about the residents. Application process was a breeze. We toured, applied online, and signed the same night. The credit score inquiry was through Credit Karma which avoids a hard inquiry. We got two parking spots for $150. Maintenance fixes were quick and within 1-2 days. The location is extremely convenient being right off the 10. It doesn't get any better than this. There is some outside noise since it's right off the 10, in front of a hospital, and on a busy intersection, BUT it's not disruptive even tho we were work from home. The windows are quite thick. We almost never hear our neighbors since the closets are located between the units which cushion the sound. We lived on the 2nd floor so I can't say much about 1st floor units. The apartment has a lot of perks too like central AC/heat that connects to your phone, adjustable ceiling lights, soft closed shelves, premium stove tops, adjustable warm dining lights. In-unit washing machine helps out a ton. The light grey floors and white walls really brighten the space. Being on the 2nd floor with windows facing east and west, we got great lighting both morning and light. In terms of amenities, there's not that much. There's a small gym with the essentials and a backyard area. But we didn't really care b/c the apartment unit itself was awesome. Highly recommend this apartment!
we lived in this apartment complex for a year. our experience was one of our favorites. the apartments are updated & so clean, there is storage & parking options, and you’re central to everything you’d ever want in LA! from the moment we met the property manager, Andrea we felt at home. she made the move in and move out process easy, was always available for us, and made us feel part of the community. responsible & reliable - we miss you already Andrea! honestly it was a nice change to have a property manager become a friend — that doesn’t always happen in LA! if you get the chance to live here, do it!
I’ve been a resident of Cadillac House for almost a year and this by far is the best rental experiences. I moved from a house and was very picky about my new home. These apartments have condo finishes and the courtyard feels like you are entering an oasis after a long day. Management and staff are very attentive to the property and tenants and make you feel valued if anything is needed. Andrea is the property manager and she is kind, proactive, and dependable. She takes time to hear anything that is needed and promptly comes up with a solution. Andrea does a fabulous job communicating with the tenants and is knowledgeable when it comes to the building and the area. She has made our stay amazing and is as important as the unit. It is hard to find a place with an on-site property manager who cares and always responds as if your need is her own.

Thank you very much! We take pride in our building and most of all, our residents and creating a community. Our residents come first and we want everyone to enjoy living at Cadillac Court.
Great location right off the 10. Central to all of LA. Right next to Del taco, Carl's Jr, and a bomb Chinese Place. Quiet neighbors, spacious units. What else could you ask for?
