Property Ratings at Cahaba Grandview
Unprofessional, great grounds but the management is poor and the mail room is a black hole. I’ve had nearly all my packages go missing and staff does nothing. Dark, Barely lit breezeways, quite terrifying actually. The second gate works half of the time.

Please do not move here! I lived at this property for almost 2 years, my apartment flooded within the first month and it didn’t get fixed til a year later! The assistant manager told me that, nothing was wrong with my apartment which was why they didn’t fix it in a reasonable time. As a result of the flooding and their inability to do their job, my apartment then created MOLD spores in the areas my apartment flooded in. I’ve been in and out of the Dr appointments for my health and when I asked to be able to move, they told me I had to pay double my rent! Absolutely ridiculous, corporate has been no help either after MULTIPLE calls and emails! I wouldn’t keep a storage unit here!
On 10/31/17 (Halloween) both the owner and managing company changed. Since then it has been a rough ride! If you need to make a maintenance request, they rarely answer the office phone or respond to an email. Your requests are largely ignored or postponed indefinitely. By the way, all the amenities this websites claims do not exist here at this complex. For example, there is no clothes care center, no daycare and no playground. I sincerely hope they can get things worked out to where they take better care of their residents.
