Quiet community. lots of fur babies nice to see reaidents take care and walk them. Move in was quick and easy. Moved from a rural area to a busy uptown life. Pleasent experience.

Hey there - our pleasure! Happy you had a great experience.
Me encanta vivir aquí, me sentí muy acogido desde el momento que llené mi aplicación, el ambiente es demasiado tranquilo, los departamentos son hermosos, hasta el momento no hay nada que me desagrade, completamente recomendado alquilar en Calero.

Hey - what a lovely thing to say! We appreciate you so much.
Aside from maintenance requests being ignored and laundry facilities being locked at at times at 6 on regular work days our experience has been fine.

Calero leasing staff is unbelievably nice and helpful! Drove all the way from the other side of the country, Kristen made moving easy, she made me feel at home.

Hi there - 100% satisfaction is our goal! Great to see Calero gave you such a great experience.
The entire maintenance team is far above what most apartment complexes have and i truly enjoyed having them complete my work order so efficiently and taking great care while doing so 11/10.

Hi there - thanks for your lovely comments about our team. We'll be sure to let them know they went Beyond Expectations!
I wish I could give positive feedback for Calero. The property is improving but there seems to be something wrong most of the time. Also mold and roaches are a huge issue. I kill at least a roach every day in my apartment. I clean often, bleach counters, load the dishwasher as soon as a dish is dirty, and store food in air tight containers. I hope they give up but I’m not confident they will.

Wow - we're delighted you had such a fantastic experience!
It was a rocky move in but things have gotten better. Maintenance comes out in a timely manner & when I message the office they usually get back to me.

Hi - we really appreciate the positive review! Thanks for taking the time to do it.
staff is super friendly! and very great with communication!!
Very courteous, informative, and professional office ladles. Answered all our questions and gave a great tour. Property is looking much better. Convenient location.
Very well placed. Nice renovated appts. Just needs wifi.
complex is very expensive, and utilities and basic charges add about 15% to the basic rental charges. Calero is a Very expensive place to live
-100 stars if I could!!! Very inappropriate staff!! Do not care about residents at all only care about collecting a check for rent that if they don’t get 7 days after the due date will send you to collections for. Since day 1 of living in my apartment called about an issue with my master bedroom door needing to be replaced .. 2 months in still no door and now I’m getting told I need to pay for a new one when I didn’t cause the damage. Drug addicts constantly doing drugs in the hallways of the apartments. Very unsafe especially for kids!!!! Save your self the stress, time, and money.
Current Management lies and will be extremely nice until you move in and they get the bonus. After that, good luck with the issues.
So far I like living in this apartment complex. It’s a lot calmer then the previous one I’ve stayed in.
The staff at La Entrada was very welcoming when my partner and I first came to this property. They made us feel at ease when taking a tour of the apartments. The staff was very helpful with our move in process. Overall our experience was amazing and we would highly recommend these apartments.
I love La Entrada apartments. It’s a quiet community for the most part and new management is making great strides to improve our environment.
This is a beautiful place to live and the management are available when I need them. I will be happy to renew my lease, unless my cost of living increase is through the roof.
The leasing ladies are thorough and very kind. I like my neighbors and was pleased with the maintenance team
This community does not care about you once you move in. I could not use my kitchen sink for 3 months because it would dump water on my kitchen floor and I called and emailed multiple times asking for it to get fixed. Most of the amenities in my apartment either dont exist or dont work properly. My dishwasher doesnt work properly, I have no screen doors, I just got my dryer looked at after living here for 5 months. Neither of my showers have any temperature regulation so they go from freezing to hot. If I had anyone ask me if I would live here I would absolutely say no. Its a little bit cheaper than the other apartments but the price is absolutely not worth it.
We have been living at La Entrada for 2 weeks now! We love the location of the apartments as well as the unit itself. It isnt the nicest place, but it is perfect if you have a small budget!
I like my apartment and its relatively quiet. HOWEVER, these apartments have THE WORST maintenance of any place I've ever lived. I've been waiting over a month (Since October 10th, 2021) for them to fix my kitchen sink. At first, only the handle was loose and we had a slow drip. Since then, the handle has broken and a piece fell into the disposal, which then broke. Now our sink is backed up. We have called multiple times to have this fixed to no avail. I am more than capable of fixing this issue, but it is not my job to do so. I hope you're handy, because the only way of getting something fixed is doing it yourself. I do not recommend these apartments for the maintenance alone.
This complex is poorly managed. The office staff are rude and unhelpful. The management company does not respond to email or phone calls. Maintenance is slow and leave messes after their work. Playground is unsanitary--residents do not clean up their pet poop. I have lived here for over a year, and I can honestly say this has been my worst renting experience in Albuquerque!

Dear Resident, we're disappointed that we weren't able to deliver a 5-star experience. We would love a second chance to make things right and welcome you to our office at any time for any concerns, questions, or requests that you may have. Thank you, and we look forward to working towards making you happier and more comfortable in your home.
Getting an apartment at the property was so painless. Makayla is so helpful and assisted me with step to ensure I’d have the best experience possible, which was very helpful as this is my first apartment. I am so grateful to her and so excited to live in my new place. Renovations are amazing.

Thank you for choosing La Entrada. The happiness of our residents is important to us so we're delighted to hear that you feel right at home here. We're also happy to hear that Makayla and our team were able to give you the proper introduction to our community We truly appreciate your recommendation and will work hard to continue going above and beyond!
I have been a resident for over a few years now and it hasn't been the best but whenever an issue came about a former employee would go out of her way to help me. Not the case now. They are renovating the apartment downstairs and the chemical smells penetrated and engulfed my 1000 sq foot apartment. I have a newborn and two older children. I went to management and asked if it was safe because I was very scared. Management told me to take a walk and the smell would subside. This was around 530 pm. I return around 7/8 pm and the smell was still there and caused my older children to have headaches and nausea. I called emergency maintaince and he stated there was nothing he could do. I have a new born child. They could of opened the downstairs window so the smell could go away or put me in a hotel. Family safety is apparently not a concern . I called maintaince several more times per I was promised management would call me back. I never received a phone call. I had to wait in my car until 3AM with my 3 kids for the smell to kinda go away. To say the least I had a horrible night with my kids. Mind you I pay my rent religiously every month and this kind of disregard for my concerns and negligence is unacceptable. I made a complaint online and nobody has reached out to me. Since my stay here I have gone 2 weeks without cool air in the middle of july, they lost my payment for the rent and one of the employees came to my apartment to ask for my number and one morning I woke up with a boot on my car . I decided to stay when Nina came back because I knew she would take care of me as she does all the other residents. Now she is gone...
CURRENT RESIDENT Office Staff are very friendly, one of the reasons why we moved in. No major bug reports in our apt. Hallways do smell because you can't stop smokers and food lingers through apts. Mainenance men are great at where they do for the complex. I enjoyed living here but the noises of outside are becoming unbearable. The walls are paper thin and the windows are as if open to hear everything going on outside and the neighbors are a handful because rent is cheap-ish you are going to get tons of random people. If there wasn't noise every night on mongomery I would live here for many more years. P.S I warn you that the AC system sucks and it runs the electric high during summers and winters.
I cant talk enough about how I love my home. I have lived here for almost a year now and am ready to sign a new lease soon. I lived at many apartment communities and this is so far the best. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help. They have monthly resident events that are so much fun for me and my family to attend. My apartment is on the 3rd floor so we have a sun deck which over looks the mountains, which I love. There is also a dog park which is so convenient for people with dogs. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and usually gets my request done the same day. I plan on living here for 1 to 2 more years because I want to eventually buy a house but I will definitely not move into another apartment. This one is great.
If I could give this property a lower rating I would. Don't move here. Management dose nothing to help all they act like is you are a bother. They don't fix anything here. There is dog crap all over the property and it smells! It's like living in a dump with prostitutes and drug attics . Worst place I have ever lived!!! Incredibly upset!
This has been one of the best locations that we could call home. Our apartment comes with a washer and a dryer in out bedroom closet which is super handy. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to, and a special big thumbs up to the maintenance team as any issues or repairs are quickly taken care of. Finally the location is super handy, everything we could need is only a few blocks away.
I love this place, you can walk to local stores, restaurants and Banks. This is a wonderful place for singles or for families,it brings the word home to all who want to live here. You also have views of the Sandia Mountains and this sight is quite a lovely picture when the sun goes down. It also has a friendly dog park, clean pool and playground for children. Lucas M,Albuquerque N.M.
Apartments are very nice and up to date. Very spacious living areas. Kids are playing outside most of the time so you can hear them a time or two. Jungle gym, pool, fitness center, leasing office is in center of the apartments making it very convenient to access. Overall it's a very nice place to live. Very close to good schools, restaurants & shopping centers!
