Property Ratings at California Club
Living here has been a complete disaster. The apartment is infested with roaches, and nothing has been done despite multiple complaints. The laundry facilities are always broken, and leaks from the ceiling have caused serious water damage, ruining my furniture and beds. To make matters worse, mold is growing due to the constant leaks, which is a major health risk. The property manager, Alex Gutman, has been incredibly rude, dismissive, and never picks up calls whenever I’ve tried to address these problems. On top of all that, they overcharge for this place, which is absolutely not worth the price. And to make things even worse, I never got my security deposit back, despite leaving the apartment in good condition. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place!
I used to live here at unit 117, downstairs and my clothes got sticky, white with mold smell and the manager kept saying that was nothing. It's because he doesn't live in that complex. Manager or maiman don't answer the phone on weekends if you have an emergency
When this place is shown it is presented to be very nice but soon you will realize it is infested with pest such as roaches. There is a major termite infestation that has been present since 2021 and nothing has been done about it. The landlord never answers the phone or he will decline your calls, the landlord is barely present in the office and it’s very hard to reach him. He will tell you the laws about landlords being responsible for fixing pest issues are untrue and overall avoid your issues. They are increasing the rent by almost $275 and there is still a major termite issue. If you value your furniture do not move here.
This building is nasty, the apartment has mold and property manager doesn't care, I never could use my closet because they got all white and smelly by the mold and fungus. Washers never work and they don't give your coins back, noisy neighbors, don't pick up after their dogs, they also smoke and throw cigarettes buts by the neighbors balcony or cans and bottles. There's a crazy woman who yells in the hallway in the middle of the night or anytime, she doesn't care but no one does anything.
this location isnt for someone who is seeking something peaceful or a place where utilitys function. the landlord like to charge false late fees, the washer machine doesnt work. it will legit take your money and give you no service, and dont even think about reimbursement.i wokeup this morning to cook something light to eat, once i activated the stove the smoke dector goes off, and its LOUD .you can hear when people are cooking thru the wall the sound is powerful. insects crawl thru my room at this point and its unexceptable, luckily for me my neighbors are awsome.please if your low on cash and you need a place fast. do not waste your time your energy or your money here. there is no security on site, unlike the neighboring apartments ,honestly the only postive thing this apartment complex is not having to pay for water and light for the first year besides that the complex along with management needs to be updated.there is no structure here no chain of command please save your self and your family the stress. im sharing with the things you wont see until after you sign the lease the place gets ZERO stars.
Spend months looking for a place...trusted the realtor. First two must haves I asked for: a quiet apartment without crazy neighbors. This place is the worst. Loud music all the time. All days of the weeks. It's more of a dorm than a home with people hoping from one apartment to another so the party never stops. Pee in the stairwell. Thousands of bees in the back structure. Told I am welcome to leave if I want to pay two months rent to break the lease. Leaking ceiling. Leaking AC. ... August can't come fast enough.
New owners are really putting the final Touches to this Nice Apartment complex .they told me they will have around 14 units ready for rent from Oct 1st have 14 units coming up for rent .with different unit coming available on a regular basis .They have Lofts 1 Bed and studio's I found was easy to set up a showing .Found it was really close to major Highways off Ives Dairy road will see the Location is close to Ives Dairy road .close to shopping nice place . Nice mix of people and did I say clean !!!
