Property Ratings at The Islander Apartments
Bad management. Parking sucks, no rules apply. Old apartments not worth your money. Stressful environment
Bad management, bad parking policy . People wont move their old cars from “visitors parking” Manager took away parking spaces for her own convenience. Bad neighbors.
Awesomeness!!! Let’s start there... management (Toni manager onsite) is beyond exceptional. Truly from day one when I was looking for information about the apartments she was professional and very caring. Once we got through with all the paperwork and we’re accepted to being part of the community at the apartments my husband and I could be anymore thrilled. We began our little family with just my husband and I and our two little dogs. Eventually we welcomed our first baby and let me just say neighbors and community are just awesome( once again). Very quiet community, respectful, and yet friendly. We couldn’t be more pleased. Apartments are great too. Very spacious & very clean all year round. Only downside is visitors parking spaces are always taken up. Family who come over need to park either by Starbucks or gym parking. Other than that I’d recommend this place to everyone!!!!
The neighbors and residents of this apartment complex are very trustworthy and over all good people.I lost my wallet not long ago and thought that i would never see it again but thankfully the great residents of this complex sent it to the managers office and went through all the trouble to contact me and it was returned as when i lost it.
A few of the amazing things about living here is the spacious rooms, the quietness & the fact that they allow PETS! Not only that, but there’s a pool that is constantly clean & every other day we have an awesome team of landscapers that maintain it very clean. The only down side is that there is not enough parking for visitors. The visitors parking spots are constantly been used by those who have multiple cars. Other than that, I love the fact that the Outlets of Orange, Mainplace Mall, Angels Stadium, Honda Center & Disneyland are very closed by!! I definitely recommend someone to live here. The manager is constantly trying to improve the place, which is a plus!
Very peaceful environment. You get a sense of tranquility as you enter the complex. The quiet atmosphere is relaxing and joyful! The pool is a plus during the summer. Central AC and heater is great! Toni in management is very attentive and caring. Onsite laundry rooms are great! Spacious patios are great for bbq’s and great room layouts! Very close to the freeways, malls, sports arenas and stadiums and shopping centers!
to expensive for the value only amenity is the pool and is not heated and closed half of the year. bad leyout appartment living room to big and room to small no bath tub and no parking at all other then your asigned parking space
The staff and managers are very friendly and welcoming. Being a first time apartment owner it was very much appreciated to see they had patience and understanding for me and my room mates. If I had to have a complaint it might be the parking situation, but that is nothing to even complain about when you live with a wood burning fire place and very large back yard! I've already spoken to a few neighbors and they love living here too! Very positive and quiet atmosphere with a cute 1960's Islander vibe. :)
The apartments were built in th 60's, so do not expect to see granite counter tops. What you will get is better, a wood buring fire place, a nice size patio and no one living underneath or above you. The apartments are good size and the grounds are kept up. They have 3 stations with doggie bags. Visitor parking is tight. I do not hear my neighbors and yes you will hear dogs barking if you do not like pets this is not the place for you.
