Terrible Apartments and Weak Management

We lived here for two years and it was the worst experience ever. Shopping carts in front of your door every morning and unhoused people using the parking lot as their personal toilet. Get ready to be blocked in by vehicles whenever you park your car, and don’t plan on having visitors because there is nowhere for visitors to leave their vehicles. Don’t bother calling management about problems in your unit; you won’t hear from them if you have something that needs fixing. We are so happy that we moved. Avoid the Villas!

Worst Apartment Ever!

Busted front gate, cockroached, unresponsive management, no parking, pool you cannot use, vandalized cars and mailboxes, zero security, overpriced. My family and I smelled gas leaking from heater unit and had to write a certified letter to have management address the matter; regardless, they never inspected it and PG&E had to put a Hazard notice on it because of its danger to my family. Save yourself the heartache and avoid this place.

1. Move in was great. Nice neighbors are nice. Kids can get a little loud but hey they are kids. 2. When i check out the apartment it had seem to be ready to move in with all appliances installed. When I finally moved in the closet doors were missing and took months to replace them. 3. Parking situation was literally musical chairs. Every other day we'd change spots and when it was finally situated people was so confused and parked in your spot causing you to park in someone else spot or to annoy everyone and use your horn. 4. Laundry is the worst Ive ever seen (its either flooded, out of service or plain out dirty. When you wash your clothes there it will not clean them properly. Residents informed me to use the Laundry mat down the street. 5. Main reason I moved here because I like the pool and I patiently waited for this pool to open. After speaking to residents, the Pool has not been open for years which is strange to me because someone comes weekly to clean the pool. 6. Occasional break ins into the mailbox. Make sure you are there when the mail man comes or you wont know if someone took your mail. 7. Property manger does not live on property. If you have a problem you will have to wait until they are done doing whatever they are doing. There is a new manager coming in when I was leaving but the previous never returned a call no matter what. It made getting help that much harder. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are daredevils willing to push the limit. Also, the place is over priced. There is a lot more nicer apartments in the area for a lower rate and the ones at the same rate will get you a lot better than this and you wont have to pay for utilities which is higher and higher every month.
