Sioux City is nestled between Sioux Falls and Omaha, Nebraska along Interstate 29. It’s about an hour-and-a-half drive to each big city. This sprawling city sits along the Missouri River and is home to an array of museums, college campuses, shopping malls, golf courses, and neighborhood parks. Residents enjoy visiting Southern Hills Mall for retailers and restaurants. Bacon Creek Park features a lake for fishing, nature trails, a playground, and a dog park. Sioux City is home to Morningside College, Sergeant Floyd River Museum, Sioux City Public Museum, and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Sioux City provides residents with everything they’d need from big-city living, but is surrounded by beautiful pastures and rural areas. Apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes are available for rent at an affordable price in Sioux City.

Property Ratings at Call Terminal Apartments
If you keep on management, they will respond. You need to just need to keep emailing and calling. Unfortunately, they don't accept full time students.
The management here does not answer their phones. I have called close to 50 times to set up a time to see an apartment. They have not answered once. I went to drop off the application, and was told that there were no apartments available. Yet they are updating their postings everyday or making them appear new postings. This website even says they have 1,2,3 bedroom apartments available right now. But they don't because I was told nothing is available because no one is moving out. The management is just putting out ads that their apartments are available to get your application fee. They own almost 100% of Sioux City's cheap housing so I guess never move to Sioux City. You will never find anywhere cheap.

One tip is to ask to be added to our wait lists. At Call Terminal apartments may show on this website as available but they will be offered to people based on wait list order. We apologize that technical limitations make it hard for us to control these listings based on our wait list status.
The Call Terminal Apartments on historic 4th st in Sioux City, Iowa are extremely affordable by Sioux City standards. Electricity and utilities are included in the rent price and that alone makes all the downsides to living here tolerable. Most of the apartments are getting renovated as of 2015. So they all have a new, clean feel. They also look very nice. Located near a large number of bars and restaurants as well as walking distance to public transportation and the Hard Rock Casino. It's also a very central location to the tri-state area so it makes driving to wherever a bit more timely. However there are a number of downsides to living here, I suppose it depends on the individual. Coin operated laundry facility, limited parking (permit only per unit) service animals allowed only, and living here is very noisy, especially on the weekends. It's worse from 9pm-2am because you are living on a party block basically. And it's even worse if you are living on the street side apartments. If you can deal with that noise, you also have the sound of trains coming and going. There is a train track less than one block away which is worse on the opposite side of the building so you are troubled by the noise either way unfortunately. But if you are a night owl, you may enjoy the night life and the events that are all within walking distance.
I called multiple times to get a showing and no office staff.
