Calloway at Las Colinas

Management is not responding any service request. Don't have light and fan in the living area. We have one month old bady still they are not responding to my request. Maintance is too worst. Leasing office staff behaving irresponsible.

Please avoid staying in this society. If you do not want mental peace then you are most welcome. Property staffs do not know the amenities provided to the Apartments. They take minimum a month to resolve a minor complain raised by resident so think of raising a bigger issue. You need to remind the complains multiple times then only these property staffs will notice the issue. They hardly receives the phone call you make for any queries or problems.

It a wonderful place to live at Calloways Las Colinas being one of the peaceful atmosphere in a pleasant environment as one of the best communities in my sense.

I’ve not had a serious negative experience that has swayed me to consider moving, but the number of headaches (washer, dryers breaking, not being able to get in contact with management) are too frequent for me to praise Calloway at this current moment. If you need a place to stay there are far worse options. But please remember at the end of the day there is no perfect complex.

For the last 3 years, it has been horrible living in the apartment that is very old and horrible unprofessional managing team.

The maintenance is the worse. Nobody cares here, the online portal for maintenance never works and they never gets received even after you call.

Very poor management & maintenance. List of issues with this apartments, - Water off now & then without prior notice & poor communication from management ( they never when it will be repaired or restored) - Old buildings causing lot of noisy to lower floors & making sleepless nights to lower floor tenants. If you complaint about this, very poor response from management as if they are here to just collect rent from tenants. I got migraine because of this. - Rain water contaminated around your flats if rains & it obviously bring lot of mosquitoes etc into flat. - Front desk is very rude in responding for any of your queries, just to collect my keys it took 6 months, imagine any other favours if you ask for. - Maintenance requests that I made when onboard flat still not fixed & it is into 8th month in lease term, imagine how best they delivering it. Make a wise decision , by not entering here

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone as it has lots of structural issues, causing health issues (not only front desk is rude but need to suffer with roaches everywhere)

Stay away from these apartments if you want sanity and peace of mind. High priced, low maintenance care, bug infested, unconcerned management, loud and filty neighbors, apartments haven't been fixed on since they were built. I hate it here

Maintenance response time is terrible. One needs to wait for months after submitting maintenance requests.

Calloway surely is a community that makes you feel right at home.

Overall this is a great place to live. I enjoy the area and the proximity of everything around me. Grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and venues are all nearby. Its centrally located within the DFW area and I often find myself only having to drive 20 min to get to different parts of the metroplex. The apartments are nice and spacious and offer good accommodations. I have not had good experience with maintenance and communication with staff to get these scheduled. This is my 2nd year living here and I enjoy it so far

Maintenance and leasing service are completely broken and nobody takes accountability to fix the residents issues and just keep passing the bucks

Calloway at Las Colinas is a beautiful community. They have a variety of floorbplqns option. One of the biggest pros for us was a cheap pet deposit (compared to other places). The staff is all friendly and welcoming. Going in to the office is the best way to get things done as the phone is rarely answered and calls are not returned.

Need to do multiple follow ups even for basic regular / routine maintenance work. Also without / before completing the work order, they mark work status as "Work completed" on the online portal.

The management is very unprofessional. I am a new residence here but my apartment was NOT ready at all. The room was 100F, the bathroom was dark, stinky, the fridge was stinky, the micro oven was dirty, the screen door is ripped, broken pantry door, broken bathroom faucets, an old dishwasher, and help never comes when needed. People don't communicate with each other, and they lie about things. We never get help right away. I am very sad that I have to stay here where I don't even feel good and I already hurt my toe because of their fault, but nobody cares. It's been already 10 days, I still haven't gotten any help. I am still waiting. Please help your residence get peace of mind so we can recommend others.

Too many cockroaches and poor maintenance response.

Since one week after moving into the apartment, roaches appear every week even I always shut any plumb. Requested pest control for twice, both were marked finished but nobody comes to my home to finish it. Also, maintenence come to my house removed my well-functioning water-tap in the bathtub and left the apartment the whole day without install it back - they even took the original water-tap away. Made calls to office but got no useful reply or help. They even intentionally hang up my call immediately after the call is connected for several times. Worst management ever. Do not consider it as a good choice.

After living here for almost 2 years I like the area I live in but the complex needs work on communicating with residents when it comes to work orders. And the time it takes to complete I understand there may be issues I dont know of like short staff for example but this NEEDs to be communicated just so there is transparency with that alone the quality of life here will be improved

The management and staff including the maintenance personnel are courteous and quick to respond to our requests

Do not come here to stay. Staff doesn't care and the apartment is full of bugs. Maintenence is non existent.

The apartment location is good, the size is good also

Worst management, you need multiple follow up's for every thing. I am residing in this apartment for the past 8 years and current management is the worst.

Calloway at Las Colinas apartment home is overall a good inviourment place for me as my best home that I have in US with peaceful atmosphere and good people live around the premises. Its really good for me. In addition some renovations and modifications are necessary to keep up the updates of modernity compared to the choice of customers with the present days and modern livings of peoples that intends to live in the most comfortable ways of life in days to come. Thank you to Calloways Apartment pupils for their assistances at all times.

I love my Calloways apartment no matter what it is as this is my first apartment in the US in start of my life as well I was safe in all circumstances during the pandemic so I think its lucky for me and my family as old is gold. So do look forward for better upgrades too in the near future since I see that already construction works and renovations have been started to move in some of the areas. I wish Calloway a good outcome during the days ahead.

Everyone experience is different. My experience for the last 6 months have not been fun. I complained about this when I first moved in. The property mgr at the time felt that it was no issue since she technically didn't see anything. NOW HERE WE ARE. The issue has increased. There's a major Roach issue that has not been addressed. At this point they need to tear this apartment complex down. I don't know where the Roaches are coming from but they are everywhere. From the kitchen, cabinets, inside the refrigerator, bathroom, bedroom, etc. It's an uncomfortable feeling that you literally walk into your apartment ready for war. You can't enjoy a meal because they pop up out of nowhere. You have to shake everything down before using it because the idea is that they could possibly be in your clothes or any other item. I wonder if any other resident has made an attempt to reach out to the health department to file a complaint? I'm tired, stressed and ready for this lease to be up. This has been the worse experience. Please don't lease here.

The apartment complex is pretty good with a lot of open spaces for walking and kids playing.

I moved in a few months ago, my apartment was beautiful, the staff is helpful and maintenance is great!

Really like the moving process. Friendly and professional lease officer (Alexa & Team) with warm welcoming smiles and knowledge about the community and pricing details. Clean and bright office room. Very smooth leasing process with online tool and lease officers. Clearly explain and no hidden things. Overall make feel me like welcome home with relax and comfort way

Do not live here. The apartment community is very noisy. Neighbors play music very loud without consideration for anyone else. This even happened on Christmas Eve night. It ruined my kids’ Christmas experience. There are cockroaches in almost every building. The office is unwilling to do anything about the cockroaches.

The noise is terrible. If its not the neighbors with their loud television at 1am, its the ones with their loud music in the middle of the day (while most of us are currently working from home because of the pandemic), or the kids screaming for hours on the balcony, or the guy talking on his cell phone late at night right outside my bedroom window. Also, avoid any unit located near the playground if you value your peace and quiet. The way these kids are screaming is simply abusive and disturbing. The smell is bad, and it's everywhere. Inside the unit; outside the unit; and if you turn on the AC, it gets worse. My unit has cracks in the wall and carpet wrinkles everywhere. When I moved in, the appliances were greasy, and the carpet was already worn out.

Overall well maintained apartment and peaceful living, but needs some improvements

It was very easy to locate, follow up and register. The lease sign up and move in was equally convenient. Calloway at Las Colinas is located at a very convenient and accessible location and I am absolutely pleased with the experience I have had so far.

Had a good experience moving in. Also you will find an apartment for your every need.

We feel so fortunate to have a cozy one bedroom unit with a wood burning fireplace and in unit washer/dryer. We feel very at home here!

I love this appartment and maintenance also so good. Since it is too old apartment, the ground floor easily hearing the sounds when my little kids walks.

Extremely disapointed. I wouldn't recommend Caloway at Las Colinas to anyone. Many changes in management in recent years, and no actual changes have been made.

The performance of the administration is very poor. They never take care of the residents' needs. Firstly, there are no washers or dryers. You have to pay for them. I ordered a washer and a dryer, but they are not installed in the first 2 weeks. You will not be able to clean your cloths in the first 2 weeks. However, they promised to install them in a week. I ordered carport. It is an open carport, not like a garage. It is totally useless but costs $35. Also, they did not assign a carport for me even though they charge me. They never respond my requests on time and gave false promises about the completion of my requests.

The apartment is great,the management is responsive and helpful. Always ready to make your stay a comfortable one.

The day I moved in to apartment I m seeing roaches. I kept getting pest control once a week it didn’t help at all. It got worse when I found a rat in apartment. I complained to management but no one cared.

Since i made first call from California Amina,Samantha and Alexa being great customer service always answer all my calls and return all my calls plus Amina was so kind when I saw to see the apartments for the first time and she being always there for me also Samantha we had good conversation on the phone to clear things out. Iam really happy with my apt and all the ameneties also the manager is very pleasant Thank You

Locations is really great, staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance team is friendly. I enjoy my apartment and the rental rate is low

As a residential apartment Calloways at las Collinas is one of the unique apartment than other which includes natural atmosphere at sights and also the inviourmental features keeps up the location fresh and healthy for the people living at Calloways premise.

I have been a resident for 12 plus years. I really do love this complex and I feel really safe.
