Tucked between Rancho Drive and the 95, Michael Way encompasses a number of prime suburban hotspots, all of them just six miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The area is classic Vegas with its towering palm trees, succulent gardens, and stucco homes. Three parks and the Las Vegas Golf Club round out Michael Way’s green space access, making for plenty of recreational escape from the desert landscape.
Chain restaurants and well-known retailers cater to most needs, but with the Strip so close there’s more unique fare and shopping to experience in just a matter of minutes. Domestic travelers will get plenty of use out of the North Las Vegas Airport that sits just across the 95, and those who commute for work by car are right next to the 15 and 95 junction.

Very mad at this guys, I was over charged when my contract was done, sent a bunch o email, called and ZERO talk till the point they got a place to call me and charge me. With no chance of talking! They just want your money and a lot o more than what they require as security deposit!

I am a current resident about a month ago, management doesn't care of the customer needs, I have been visiting the office many times due to problems with the apartment since I get in, first the apartment wasn't in living conditions, bathtub broke, the bathroom getting water in the floor from the wall, the laundry was always with water, and now my ceiling fan is not working properly and the office told me that I have to wait until another apartment gets empty to get the fan from it, people in the complex will damage your car if you park in the free parking spots because they think they also own them even though they have assigned parking spot, people in the complex get their car tags also taken away, they also charge you a lot of hidden fees, not recommend

Terrible policies! Terrible management! We were charge twice in one month for rent with their automatic deposit. Instead of refunding us they told us they would give us a credit for the next month. Refused to give the refund even when I told them no. 60 day move out notice or you are charged for 2 months extra.
The location of these apartments is the only positive thing I can say about them. Very poorly managed, if you need anything fixed.. you’ll be waiting forever. The apartment was filthy before moving in, hair in the dishwasher, ripped screens on the windows and a huge crack in our bathtub. We had them fix those before moving in and they did. While we lived there.. our stove/oven had wiring problems and didn’t work properly, refrigerator leaked, sink also had a leak. We told the office about these problems and they were never fixed. There’s dog poop all over the place, no one picks up after their pets, there’s two pools but one was never open and the other one was always dirty. The front gate never worked properly and was open to everyone. Police was there almost every week. We left the apartment a lot cleaner then when we received it. Also when we moved out they overcharged us extra days and utilities and it took over 2 months for them to fix the problem. We were forced to pay the extra amount in order for it not to go to collections and affect our credit score, when we were assured that it wouldn’t and the problem would be fixed before then. This place was a huge headache I’m happy to be done with.

Expect to have your rent inflate every month and random fines. Dog park is disgusting. And so is everywhere else. The newly renovated apartments are not worth it at all. Many things seem to break and they take forever to fix even the littlest things. The area doesn't seem safe, there's police here every week and I here gunshots at night very often.

My boyfriend and I moved here from Illinois in August, we did not really know the area very well and only had a short time to find a place! We toured the model home and loved it. Little did we know that the apartment we would be renting out would have chipped cabinets, horrible molding that has been destroyed by dogs and just painted over, stained bathroom sinks and the ugliest fireplace I have ever seen..... When we got here in August the "24 Hour Gym" was open, about a month later they closed it for renovations.... ITS STILL CLOSED. 6 months it has taken them to upgrade the gym!!!! Also when we moved here in August the "Spa" at the pool closest to our apartment had no water in it and caution tape around it... and guess what... 7 months later ITS STILL BROKEN. The "Spa" at the other pools jet don't even work, the water is filthy and the pool is not heated. They upgraded the dog parks, and put in a playground. Who puts a playground RIGHT NEXT TO A DOG PARK!!!! It made the dog park smaller and now I consistently have little kids asking to pet and play with my dogs. I pay my rent every month, doesn't my monthly bill go to my use of all these "amenities" pool, gym, spa and so on......? Then for the past 6 months my rent should have been a lot cheaper!!!!!

I had just 2 days to find a place so my fiancé and I searched for the best most affordable apartment for us at that time. He had lived in this community a few years prior and said how awesome they were so we checked them out after view several different communities. I loved the model that was shown to me with the giant bath tub and arched entry ways. The community also looked very clean and quite which was important for my newborn and my 4 year old. We decided to get a move in date for the downstairs until that was "available" my move in date was supposed to be February 6th. When the date came my fiancé and his friends packed up our things and had them loaded in the trucks so that by the time I got home I could sign the new lease and get the keys. I arrived at the new community with the deposit and asked to view my unit before I signed the lease. I was told I was going to love it and that I had brand new carpet and new paint. When I walked into the unit with the maintenance supervisor I notice a piece of tape in the walk way and the heavy smell of paint and cigarettes hit me like a ton of bricks. I walked into the kitchen and found a horrific discovery. The place was absolutely filthy. There was piles of cigarette butts and dog food and all of the appliances were disgusting. I went into the restrooms to find the toilets were covered in black mold and the guest tub was grotesque. There was a thick yellow film of nicotine on the blinds, shower grout and cabinets throughout the entire unit. I was furious. I could not stop crying. I had only an hour to move all of my things and my babies into this nightmare. The maintenance supervisor apologized and claimed he would have cleaners come immediately to clean as I was moving in. I had no choice but to sign the lease. The manager took 2 months of the cable fee off of my rent for a total of $90. I was promised to new blinds, a free cleaning, and to paint match the counter tops. The cleaners never showed up that night, so my mom and I bleached everything. Even then I still felt the filth. To this day my clothes and belongings reek of cigarettes. The new manager has helped us a lot with the rent being flexible with pay dates. My fiancé is recently disabled forcing me to be the only one working. I am thankful for her being so flexible. Along with several other serious issues..I am very disappointed. I can barely afford my rent and to feed my family and I have to deal with all of this. :/

The lay out of these apartments is very good. The apartments are not updated. The maintenance is terrible. We used to have a great maintenance department, but since new owners too over, it's very unsatisfactory. No appointments are made and it takes forever to get items repaired in the apartments. The lighting outside the buildings are broken and have been reported several times since last year and nothing has been done. We're supposed to have security, but you never see them. The front gate is supposed to be closed at a certain time and it remains open all the time. This property has really gone down. The people in the office are of no help. The owners really need to make improvements.

Apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Blinds were missing. Cockroaches. Everyone here has complained so not just my apartment. I made list of things wrong for someone to come fix, hasn't happened. Half the time the pool is cloudy so don't want to get in. The key they give you for pool doesn't work, people were hoping the fence to get in. The gym doesnt have air conditioning, sometimes the door is left open..way too hot to workout. Gated community yeah right the gates closed at 6 pm first month we were here now left open 24/7. Built in 95 so its old nothing spectacular. The only nice thing I can say is they accept pets. Do not live here.
