This mostly residential area is great for renters and commuters looking for apartments in a peaceful area but still close enough to experience Austin’s lively culture with a short drive. Property Ratings at Camber Ranch
The community is really nice and it seems like they put a lot of thought into what residents really want. The area is quiet but close to a lot of stores.
I’m obsessed with my apartment! From the granite toppings, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and the luxury of it all. It’s so beautiful and so up to date.
Apartment is clean but it seems to have been a rush to get it done. There are paint spots on the floor and in random spots throughout the entire apartment.
Review still pending. I’ll check back in a month. Nice apartment so far though, but the walls are VERY THIN. Like I can hear my neighbor’s phone conversation thin.
First day coming in office to retrieve keys for my unit assistant manager and leasing agent was very unprofessional and rude. They continue to have a conversation in front of me about drinking and going on 6th st while we were having issue with website for me to sign lease. They was rushing and my garage remote didn’t work and other issues as well, so that means no made sure I had a smooth and easy move in, just very unprofessional, childish, and very rude.I recorded the whole incident, awful experience.
Overall my experience was good, some things need to be fixed currently but the place is beautiful regardless! I’m extremely excited to live here.

A cozy environment to live in. As a mother of a baby, having a space that provides me with security and at the same time spaces to interact with my child outdoors is priceless. The apartments are very cozy and cover the needs of living very well. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing quiet community. Amenities are great apartments are great size. Gated community to keep you safe at night. Only downfall is how busy Parmer lane is but that’s just pulling out of parking lot. Apartments parking and grass away from road

Great folks in the office very nice very knowledgeable love to help and very kind have nice people love the apartment and love the pool area it’s a great place to stay
Just moved here and the community is great ?? the neighbors are very quite for the most part, maintenance is very quick and outside is always clean.
The staff here is great! Very responsive and friendly. Maintenance is efficient and get the job done quickly. The front office staff know me by name and are always very welcoming.

It’s been pretty good, no real complaints so far, I do wish the pool was open more though, we were told 4-6 weeks when we signed our lease but it’s been 4 months now and it’s been open once, hopefully that improves and neighbors are more respectful of this nice place

Camber Ranch is a great community to live in however the kinks in a new complex is definitely something to be patient with from maintainence to amenities , price is reasonable for the updated design and spacious living spaces .

The apartments are maintained well except for the hallways and staircases which often smell like trash or dogs. Otherwise it’s a safe and clean place to live. The staff are really kind and attentive as well.

The apartment complex and my unit are beautiful but I have run into issues that have made my move in experience less than smooth and easy. My washer/dryer does not work so I have been unable to do laundry since moving in. Maintenance is working on getting me another set. One of the lights above my bar is out. It seems they missed details when having this ready. There are also TONS of bugs. I have had to kill 4 spiders and a few crickets in my unit and there was a HUGE spider in my garage I have never seen anything like it. My lease needed to be completely redone and resigned since I needed to move in a day late and the front office was having issues with the website so it took longer than it should have. However everyone has seemed helpful and I understand this is a new complex and kinks need to be worked out. I will update my review in the coming weeks.

Staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very fast to respond. Don't love all the apps you need for the apartment though. Amenities are fantastic though

I just moved 3 days ago to here, everything is good and clean and bran new . The neighborhood of streets is a little annoying but overall so far so good.

Everything is more than I expected. Only thing I’m not of fan for is limited parking by entrance and towing cars is a little extra. I think there should be a visitor parking for your guest so you want have to worry about their car being towed.

So far it’s been great! I’ve only been here for a few days. Neighbors and the staff have been friendly and cordial. I love the amenities. It’s pet friendly which is a plus!

It was good but I wouldn't say the best. Apartment is so good buy I don't see friendliness at the front. People here are nice. Gym is the best. Interior of the house is awesome.

Great new apartment building! The gym is amazing, pool is very nice. The only downside is construction around apartments causes traffic and noise.

Beautiful place and clean. Great location with service road available to certain areas instead of highway. AJ up in the leasing office is amazing as well!
