It's been great stay here!!! Leasing managers are always on point with communication on what's goin on, from power outages, to free event they offer from month to month, and they are very attentive to your needs
Amazing quiet community. Amenities are great apartments are great size. Gated community to keep you safe at night. Only downfall is how busy Parmer lane is but that’s just pulling out of parking lot. Apartments parking and grass away from road
Great folks in the office very nice very knowledgeable love to help and very kind have nice people love the apartment and love the pool area it’s a great place to stay
Just moved here and the community is great ?? the neighbors are very quite for the most part, maintenance is very quick and outside is always clean.
The staff here is great! Very responsive and friendly. Maintenance is efficient and get the job done quickly. The front office staff know me by name and are always very welcoming.

It’s been pretty good, no real complaints so far, I do wish the pool was open more though, we were told 4-6 weeks when we signed our lease but it’s been 4 months now and it’s been open once, hopefully that improves and neighbors are more respectful of this nice place

Camber Ranch is a great community to live in however the kinks in a new complex is definitely something to be patient with from maintainence to amenities , price is reasonable for the updated design and spacious living spaces .

The apartments are maintained well except for the hallways and staircases which often smell like trash or dogs. Otherwise it’s a safe and clean place to live. The staff are really kind and attentive as well.

The apartment complex and my unit are beautiful but I have run into issues that have made my move in experience less than smooth and easy. My washer/dryer does not work so I have been unable to do laundry since moving in. Maintenance is working on getting me another set. One of the lights above my bar is out. It seems they missed details when having this ready. There are also TONS of bugs. I have had to kill 4 spiders and a few crickets in my unit and there was a HUGE spider in my garage I have never seen anything like it. My lease needed to be completely redone and resigned since I needed to move in a day late and the front office was having issues with the website so it took longer than it should have. However everyone has seemed helpful and I understand this is a new complex and kinks need to be worked out. I will update my review in the coming weeks.

Staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very fast to respond. Don't love all the apps you need for the apartment though. Amenities are fantastic though

Everything is more than I expected. Only thing I’m not of fan for is limited parking by entrance and towing cars is a little extra. I think there should be a visitor parking for your guest so you want have to worry about their car being towed.

Beautiful place and clean. Great location with service road available to certain areas instead of highway. AJ up in the leasing office is amazing as well!
Little issues here and there, but office staff have been taking care of them as they arise. Its a new complex, as to be expected. Just wish they had a local play area for my kids.

I think the process was fast and easy, very friendly and helping staff but mostly the beautiful scenery. My floor plan fits myself and my son perfectly. Parking isn’t overcrowded either! The look of the office is also beautiful coming in from night shift.
They were accommodating quick and fast by moving me to the second floor upon move in, AJ was extremely patient and understanding, on point with his calls and following up and keeping to his promises, not forgetting how very respectful and professional he was. Marcy was great, toured me to 2 different apartments, very knowledgeable about the community, answered my questions in detail, responded quickly to questions and emails, very sweet and welcoming, felt included!! Thank you and looking forward to being there and seeing the community grow!!

Nice and peaceful, apartments are very spacious, walls are a little thin(not much insulation), but other than that it’s pretty good here, they’re still under construction so most of the amenities are not yet available

Love the apartment and the layout. I also like the thermostat options and the way you can unlock the door and change the temperature. So far so good.

great place to live, flooring was done well, kitchen looks great, design and layout makes a lot of sense, outlets everywhere, very useful, paint could have been done better but overall a great experience, staff are helpful
