Camber is a fantastic place to stay. It’s exceptionally clean and smells amazing. The leasing office staff are extremely courteous and professional. The amenities are excellent and well-maintained. The only downside is the proximity to the train station, as the train horn can be disruptive when working from home. If everything else stays the same and the issue with the train horn is resolved, I would be happy to live here for a long time.

I've lived in 5 different apartment complexes within Salt Lake City. Camber is by far the most beautiful community I've lived at. The team, especially Kacie, Tanner, and Sabrina, have been so welcoming and helpful. They are always prepared with a smile! I love the finishes in my apartment and the nice big windows that let in so much light. The views from the rooftop and the gym are amazing, and the bowling alley is such a cool touch. I've lived in this area for the last 3 years and absolutely love how close it is to the Delta Center and downtown. The airport being only 9 minutes away makes it so easy to travel. 10/10 recommend Camber if you're looking for beautiful apartments and top tier amenities!

I love living in a Camber townhouse. It's a very high quality environment and has every feature I was looking for. It's also in a wonderful location. Close to shopping, restaurants and Trax stations.

Absolutely the worst housing experience in the history of 20 years renting. Nightmare experience from the builders, owners, to management. Shotty workmanship - lowest level appliances that haphazardly malfunction. Faulty electrical and breakers. No onsite maintenance, gas leaks upon move in due to the oven not being properly installed. Malfunctioning fridge and dryer. Housing authority should be involved and if my travel schedule wasn’t so intense and I had any available days I’d move and have the lawyers deal with it. The whole property is a Fire and Water hazard. No adequate presence of security or staff so the newest issue is dozens of stolen packages and decorations lifted off my front porch. They’ve tried charging me fees above my agreed upon lease, adding fees to my account for unknown things when I don’t even have properly working appliances. Lack of adequate short term parking options during construction period that was promised to us, parking tickets from the city that we were assured would not happen until construction was completed. Memberships and infinitives that I’ve never seen. The tiniest dog park that I was told would be finished 2 weeks after move in - it’s been 4 months; and that it was going to be 5 times its size. The current gated off dog spot is inadequate for 28 townhomes let alone the additional apartments when they are finished. The company cannot handle 28 townhomes now - I’m wondering how much worse it will possible get when 391 apartment units in the main building are occupied and a swamp load of more issues pile up. This was advertised and is selling as a “luxury property” and it could not be farther from it. The only hope is that Greystar has taken over property management but there are so many issues that need cleaned up, they certainly have their work cut out for them. The overall gross negligence of the property would be a lot for anyone to tackle. 0 out of 10 absolutely do not recommend.
