Famous for its larger-than-average clock and stunning riverfront park, Clarksville is one of Indiana’s most pristine suburbs! The Colgate Clock and the Falls of the Ohio State Park are two must-visit historic locations in this fun-filled city. At the park, you can hike among ancient fossil beds, bike along nature trails, or fish and kayak on the Ohio River.
Situated on the northern banks of the Ohio River on the Indiana-Kentucky state line, Clarksville is just three miles north of Downtown Louisville, Kentucky’s largest city. Though just minutes from a bustling downtown district, Clarksville maintains its Southern Indiana charm. This town is the perfect combination of historic attractions, buildings, and homes with a new commercial district offering premier options for shopping and everyday conveniences, along with new residential areas with modern apartment and condo rentals.

Property Ratings at Cambridge Apartments
wanted to give the place a chance, but there were so many issues when i moved in, and red flags in reviews that i should have listened to. my apartment was infested with spiders when i moved in and heavily smelled like smoke. it looked like they may have had a termite problem at some point, as near the bottoms of the door ways, some pieces of the walls are just completely missing with exposed wood. the condition of my bathtub is insane, the knobs have holes in them and are covered in rust. it would be unfortunate as a resident for you to have an issue, as they will never answer the phones past your first week of moving in. they also will not respond to emails, and voicemails. funny enough though, as you're trying to contact them, they will email residents asking them to post positive reviews for a chance to win a giftcard. zero care about their residents, but all the care in the world about their image. there were shots fired here at night, multiple times, with no acknowledgement from management at all. the laundry room is nasty and barely kept clean. they have a keycode lock on it, but it doesn't matter as it looks like someone already broke in once so the door stays unlocked. there's glass on the sidewalks and in the parking lots everyday. many of the amenities they mention on the site are replaced or gone completely. the electric bills will be extremely high, mostly because of the weather changes and the fact that most of the doors aren't sealed properly to keep the cool air out or the warm air in. in addition, a lot of the pics they post aren't of the actual units, so beware. make them show you where you're actually going to be staying. and check the cabinets when they do. even if you're low on money at the time, bumming it on someone's couch or finding a different place is way better than trying to make it here. find a place that cares about you.
Lived here for three years through college. Not bad for a poor college student but it’s overpriced for what I was actually getting. Tried to move to a better unit after two years, one that wasn’t directly next to the entrance and interstate, and they acted like that was impossible even though I had been paying rent three months at a time and in advance... this place is just eh.
Moved in about a year ago. Property was recently sold. Management has been horrible. They have kept everyone in the dark about where your money went. They don't keep up with your tenant portal. Can't even see past payments. They charged me 3 months worth for utilities that i already paid for by the other company. No one answers the phone in the office and you can't walk in to talk to them. Email doesn't work too. Maintenance is so bad. Toilet overflowed, sewer went everywhere when I first moved in. Ceiling shower tiles bubbled and has water damage. Floors have cracked and caved in under the tiles. Kitchen oven light doesn't work. Bathroom Faucet broken and still haven't came out to fix it. Walls are cracking and back area the people above porch could easy break pretty soon. Over all the place needs an upgrade and needs new Management with nicer people who dont just work for a paycheck. They need people who want to help people live... Best advise... LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE
Management and maintenance is TRASH! The laundry mat is disgusting, and most washers and dryers are broken. They do not take care of it.
I have lived here for several years and since the property was purchased recently you can never get anyone in the office on the phone. I have many issues in my townhouse and May need to contact the health department if things do not change.
I like the location , its next to bus line when needed , and on active street. Its walking distance to the commodities. The actual apartment is over priced it does not have a washer and dryer and I pay 705. The toilets get hard water stains in them every 2/3 days . And the maintenance men don't fix things in a timely manner. Overall, Its a good place !!!
Cambridge square is a nice little apartment complex has a pool also. Im living in a one bedroom with my daughter im really looking for a two bedroom in shelbyville ky. I do like this apartment complex just ain't nothing up here for me. And a one bedroom is all I could afford.
Close proximity from schools & malls, resturants.. Love my one bedroom so spacious. Living on the first floor is also a plus you can walk right out your back door and light your grill up.. Also a nice size pool in the apt complex. Maintence team rocks if you have a problem they fix it in timely manner.. Just newly built area for your dogs to play. If you have a dog this will be great for you! They roam free in fenced in area..
I have been unfortunate to call Cambridge my home for the past year. At first everything seemed great... Then about two weeks in, the garbage disposal broke and we had to wait days to get another one which broke within an hour of having it. The dishwasher doesn't drain anywhere but into the kitchen sink and that's when it was working. Our bathtub leaked into our kitchen downstairs and when we called, all they did was come out and spray paint the leak spot. Every time we would call the office and leave a message, no one would return the call. The AC leaked into the hallway in which a puddle stood for two days before they came and put a bucket under it and told us it would be our responsibility to have it fixed. Moving to Cambridge was the worst decision ever and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
