Great Community
This community is really clean and quiet! The office manager is very nice, helpful and prompt with responses. Maintenace addresses issue in a timely manner and very polite. I would highly recommend Cambridge!

Great Place to Live!
These apartments are far enough from the bustle of town to be quiet, but close enough for everything you need to be a 2-10 minute drive away. They are pet-friendly and the balconies are big enough for about four to six people to stand/sit comfortably. It’s near an elementary school, so it’s safe and if your kids go to Northwest Rankin Elementary they can walk right on home, as there is a short path with stairs for them :) The apartments are newly finished, when you move in they are extremely clean and painted nicely. No boring white walls- the walls are a calming beige-neutral. Maintenance is extremely friendly and quick, and installed a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms the day we moved in upon request in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend, very affordable, especially if you have roommates/spouses!

Cambridge Apartments
This is a great apartment complex if you like living on the edge of town. Only a few miles from everything it is also a few miles from nothing but trees and green. It's on the same street as the Northwest Rankin schools while not having traffic problems. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly, the pool is warm over half the year, and there is always plenty of parking. Great place to live!!!

A hidden gem
First, location. As they say: location, location, location. The complex is just far enough to get you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to keep commute times low. Throw in the trees that surround the complex, and you've got a hidden gem. The complex is sheltered by the tall pines, giving you a peaceful place to live. For kids, there's a path that leads right to school, no cars in sight! You can't get much safer on your walk to school than that. The staff has been great! The apartments are basic, but the price is reasonable.
