Poor Management. Repairs not addressed.
Manager not on site and will not return calls for messages left on answering machine. Several repairs needed and ignored when left messages. Lawn care is bad! Safety issues ignored. P

Management is non-existent. They take care of nothing and allow the complex to deteriorate
