The Best Of Littleton

Great complex close to C-470 for quick access to Chatfield Reservoir, Bear Creek Lake Park, Red Rocks Ampitheatre, and the mountains. Easy commute to Denver and DTC and close to a multitude of shopping and dining venues. Jeffco public schools, including Mount Carbon Elementary, Powderhorn Middle School, and Dakota Ridge High are all within easy walking distance. The clubhouse has an updated exercise room, party room, swimming pool, and hot tub. Wonderful staff and community planned seasonal activities including pool parties in the Summer and football parties in the Winter. Go BRONCOS!
