The apartments are really good at times but it could be improvements. But overall I would recommend them I'd give them a 7 7 out of 10.

I love this place but I would really like to have the ability to make it much nicer for a fraction of what they are paying people for that unfortunately are not getting it accomplished. Everyone that works here is great and they will work around the clock to help you and do what they can to keep everything safe and fully functional.

From showing, to move-in, to new resident, Seventh Apartments has been a smooth experience. The apartment is really spectacular inside, an influencers dream for photos inside and out. My MCM furniture looks so authentic in my studio, that I feel like I’m in 1955 (but with a smart thermostat). The pool is sparkling and inviting, the laundry room affordable (VERY). And my chihuahua absolutely LOVES the floor to ceiling window to look outside whenever she wants :)

Seventh Apartments is a rat infested complex. Beware that everything takes about 6 months to get fixed. I spent more of my own money fixing things than I can speak with someone to help.

I adore my apartments. I moved in January 6, 2023. I can honestly say I have not seen any roaches. The community is very quiet and clean when I do need something repaired, it doesn’t take long for the maintenance man to show up. The staff in the office especially Myrah and Paula. Well if you ever get rid of them you get rid of a lot of us! They are the most sweetest helpful patient kind assisting management I have ever leased from, the Seventh is exactly what I was looking for moving to Phoenix. Its urban it’s near downtown. I have every type of business that I need right around for me. I actually work a couple blocks up the road so it’s just convenient. Its peaceful you don’t hear noise you don’t it’s just peaceful and it’s a nice community its nice to walk outside. I don’t see any trash I give this place five stars I haven’t had any type of bad experience at all none. Jennifer Robinson

I moved in one week ago. Paola, Mayra (Community Manager), Carlos, and Omar, worked together and got me moved in very fast. The maintenance of the facility is great (constantly busy). Location (also great). My apartment is great (no issues). NICE place to call home while you take care of your personal life. I'm very satisfied with the staff's professional demeanors, and the way they run the place. There are no trespassers roaming around the place, and it is surprisingly quiet. MY OPINION: If you want to live in a place with people from all walks of life (young and old), living together with no problems, seventh is a good place to live. SEVENTH APARTMENTS is a clean, secure, well-structured, and well-maintained facility. You will not regret your decision to move here!

I have lived at the seventh for over 6 years and enjoy my apartment very much. There has been much improvement over the years and hopefully that will continue. The current management team is very good. Our manager Mayra is working very hard to get things moving along.

1. There are constantly roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment. 2. Our building had a rat problem and management took almost 3 months to get exterminators out. When they did they just laid down a trap or two and called it a day. 3. The air conditioner does not work half of the time. 4. Water leaks from the ceiling and outlets when it rains. 5. The laundry facilities were constantly broken. 6. They would shut off our water for "maintenance purposes" at least once a week. 7. Management is HORRIBLE! I called multiple times about these various issues and either never got a call back, was told that the manager would call back but never did, or spoke to the manager only to be told to "mind my own business" and "that's not our problem". Trust me this place is not worth the price or the location. STAY AWAY!!!
Cons: -COCKROACHES, lots of them. -Constant unannounced water shut offs -50% chance power goes out when it rains -Sketchy folks digging through the dumpster daily -Not a safe area; catalytic converter was stolen off my vehicle -A/C is weak and you'll need a separate A/C unit to cool down your unit in the summer -Air coming from the vents constantly smelled like dirty cigarettes. Submitted a service request for cleaning and was ignored. -Washer and dryers are constantly out of service. -Charged a $250 cleaning fee on move-in and the apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in.

I moved to AZ for a new job and rushed to find a new home. Three days before I was supposed to move in (also the day that I was leaving my home state to drive to Az) I got a call saying they messed up the paperwork and I wasn’t going to be able to move in on the original date. That gets sorted out so I’m only homeless for 3 extra days (including my first day of work). Then, the management is either EXTREMELY lazy or hires completely incompetent people. I had raw sewage coming up my drain anytime someone in my building used their water. I called to have it fixed. Took them 4 days to even “fix it”. But they only “chang a pibe” as they said in their note. Later that night, more raw sewage. Took another tenant complaining about a clog for them to actually fix the problem. I have lived here for 3 months and I haven’t been able to check my own mail. They keep saying they’re going to fix it but that hasn’t happened yet. I was even told by management that MULTIPLE other tenants are having issues with their mailboxes. Also, since the gates to the parking lot and to the actual apartment buildings don’t work— there is a homeless man that sleeps outside my apartment and roams around the buildings and lays in the parking lot. I’m so thankful that because of these “renovations” that I haven’t seen actually happening, my lease is only month to month. As soon as I find a new place that isn’t part of Urban Communities management, I will be able to kiss this place goodbye.
I live here currently. My air has never worked properly. I've always been hot and wake up sweating. There chiller went out recently and they have been sending out emails for 3 days straight. First they say it will be fixed one day. Then they said the same thing the next. We are in record high temperatures and thats dangerous. They told tenants here that your apartment is not 90degree's so you can not act or do anything. She told me wrong. I looked it up and its 82 degrees. Its been 4 days starting since June 15th that evening when the chiller went down. My ac is still blowing warm air with no chill to it. If you want to deal with shady landlords, welcome.
This place is infested with bedbugs and management doesn’t seem to care.

If you’re looking for a modern dwelling that is centrally located, utilities included and has bomb amenities, then look no further. This amazing and well designed community has it all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t think of a better community in this vicinity. What are you waiting for come check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
The new company is making major changes. Many companies raise rent for nothing in return. Seventh is building a state of the art gym, activity center, dog park, family activity area, grills with granite counters, etc. Love it!
I have lived here over 20 years. Been through good management/ownership, and bad. Current management is courteous and helpful. Any work orders I have needed done are taken care of in a timely fashion. Property is clean and well maintained. Lots of renovation done over the last year. Nice quiet place to live. Just signed another year long lease. Location is convenient to public transportation and diverse venues.
I have lived here for 3years and have seen many positive changes along the way. Current management is great especially Jose who is totaly AWESOME! He always listens and no matter how big or small he gets the issue corrected. This is a safe and very clean place to live and I truly enjoy living here.
