Awful management

I am a former resident. The manager is moody and unprofessional. The place needs renovations and new management.

Unhappy Tenant

Multiple leaks in my apartment, two due to flooding in hallway when it rains, have left my apartment with mold . Management still won’t accept responsibility and correct the issue. Even after showing them the mold. Unable to stay in my apartment for health reasons and they are still requiring me to give 60 days notice.

Lots of Issues near the end

My first year there was great, but then a lot happened in my last few months: Dishwasher broke (fixed promptly); AC broke (fixed after 2 days of me calling and saying it was 86 degrees in the apartment); pipe burst in my bathroom (water stopped immediately by maintenance but then it took four days to fix my carpet during which time I had to find another place to stay); and garbage disposal leaked (fixed promptly). I also had two packages stolen in that time and saw more cockroaches and millipedes in my apartment and hallway than usual. One day I came home to an eviction notice on my door saying I had to vacate in three days because of failure to pay rent. This especially upset me because I had noticed that my rent never debited from my account and had contacted the leasing three times about it, each time hearing, "Sometimes it takes up to a week." That got smoothed over a few days later. My last invoice after moving out contained charges that I'd been told would be waived - like carpet cleaning because they had to replace all of my carpet anyway - and I had to argue with them to take them off. Little annoying things: They make a big deal about all cars in the parking lot needing to be in great shape (no dents or rust, etc.), but in the small section where I always parked there were two vehicles that had not moved in so long that the tires had gone flat and dust had settled over them. Also the entire time I lived there, my screen door to the balcony never opened or closed without coming out of the track.

Cambridge courts

It's not much, but it is my little paradise. Wonderful caring people that run the place. Clean,quiet and beautiful landscaping. I don't have a car but work is close by which helps. So perfectly located.

Love living here

Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests usually handled the next day!! Nice landscaping, clean halls and laundry areas. Great swimming pools (3 of them) and Gym work out room. Covered parking, gated community. Affordable!!! I moved out once when I left Dallas. I moved back to Dallas and chose to take another apartment in this same complex. Close to major freeways and shopping, restaurants. Great location. I feel safe.

Home

Good management and nice floor plans. This all interior complex is quiet and family safe. I would have moved here long ago if I had known that.
