It has been great and I have loved living at Cambridge Creek! The staff are great and so are the facilities. I enjoy the pool and the entire community is so kind and welcoming!
I love living out here. The parking can sometimes be hectic but other than that, its great. My dog loves to walk around the community and I also like to go to the gym.
I LOVE Cambridge Creek it is so awesome living here. Rent is very reasonable for the awesome amenities you get and the townhome itself. It is so beautiful and really gives southern charm.
It's been amazing, the place is so clean and spacious. The maintained man is always on staff and the grounds are beautiful. The place is amazing I would definitely recommend staying here!

My apartment is great along with super friendly staff. When my place was flooded maintenance personnel came by and drained out all of the water that was on the 1st floor.

Very friendly staff. Clean housing with the occasional party, but other otherwise quiet. Gym isn’t amazing but its nice to have, and has all the basics you need. Also has coffee and snacks if you swing by the leasing office in the morning. Overall very nice place to live

Haven't lived here long the staff has been kind and helpful thus far. My upstairs bedroom floor has large gaps in the beams under the carpet. Its alarming but hopefully they'll be able to correct it.
I have enjoyed being a resident so far at Cambridge. It is a beautiful home with sweet roomates. I also enjoy being able to make use of the transportation services to campus

The community was rushed to be finished so there was many issues that occurred when I first moved in like broken that were never fixed and a constant bug problem. Reached out to the leasing office and maintenance and said they would fix all the issues I had but they were never fixed in the 2 years I lived here. Grateful to have a safe place while in school but wish everybody was more honest
