POOR LEASING OFFICE & SUPER

There is no physical address for the office people, the leasing office is just for the show off. They ask you to drop off your check at PO BOX address in Oyster Bay, New York. I left the apartment 2 months back and I never get my security deposit back. Office people are so reckless in answering and they don't know whats going on in the office, or they are acting like. I suggest never look for this apartment as an option. I heard from the other people, that they never get the security deposit back. Super Dwyne was good when we were in the apartment. He supposed to send me the move out inspection details, he never sent me. Its a fake apartment, do not commit to any agreement and do not pay any security deposit. It is just like throwing your money

Cabrideg Gardens. LLC Amityville NY 11701

Not a good company to rent from, please be very aware of these people. We move out and they keep telling us that they mailed the deposit check and we still have not received any. I keep calling them and they are now saying something different. Nobody should live at that place. I even had renters insurance for the 3 years that I was there to make sure that I am covered. Cambridge Gardens took over and they're trying to not pay back the renters deposit all they do is raise the rent and always sends letters for your rent even before it is due. Nobody knows their whereabouts or if they have a physical office.
