Property Ratings at Cambridge Village Apartments
I had maintenance workers come do repairs recently. They left trash all over the floor in our living room and bedroom. Then, one of the workers left dusty, dirty stains on my bed. He used it to put his tools and materials. I was so disgusted. No respect for my personal belongings at all.

Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Management is useless. They sit in their office watching Netflix. Appliances are old and outdated. They keep so much of your deposit when you move out. Stay clear.

Maintenance at these apartments has gone to the dogs. It takes two - three calls to get anything fixed and then its not fixed correctly. Upon moving in the whole house was wet and smelled like a wet cat. They finally replaced the carpet after me getting very sickl. The dryer takes four hours to dry four towels. I had a washing machine leak and want to clean underneath and they say its not necessary. I hung up a real nice sun shade and they tell me I have to take it down cause I’m not West facing and I didn’t have permission. Building 18 facing the same way as me has black out shades and they are ugly however there’s are not coming down. By the garbage dumpster Maintenace collects all there recycled trash and it just sits outside looking ugly. There lawn and yard maintenance has gone down hill. You pay a lot of rent to have something nice however the inside of these apartments are old and not up graded. The bathroom sinks are cracked and the tubs are old and crusty. I lived here before and that is why I choose this place again I am re thinking that decision. I wanted to stay a long time. Now I just have to wait till my lease is up. It used to be a nice spot.
It was pricey, but maintenance was prompt and management was mostly responsive. They take an exceptionally long time to return your deposit when you move out. They tend to be really strict and gave me and a few other 20 yr olds that I know bad reviews once we left. If you are middle aged this place is for you.

Hello, we are happy to hear that you had a positive experience while living at Cambridge Village. All security deposits are returned within 21 days of move-out and any rental references given are based on the actual payment history and/or noise complaints received and documented in the resident file.
I lived here for 2 years. Rent is too much for the space you get. I felt that after moving somewhere else in that area with same rent. When we moved out they kept my $800 deposit and charged me another $700 for carpet stain said they have to replace. Landlords change carpet anyway when somebody moves out after at least 2 years. $1500 cost when I left. Manager was not nice or polite when dealing with all this. I will not recommend this property. You have to pay for quite a few things on top of your rent. BE CAREFUL
Great apartments for first time renters as rent is very reasonable. The service is outstanding and the apartments themselves are very cozy. Been here for a year and I have no complains.
I love that the maintenance takes care of things right away. The last apartment took weeks to get anything done. They fix everything the first day. I wish the apartments were bigger. I love the get together's they do. The egg hunt was a blast.
I moved in and immediately found problems: Washing Machine doesn't work at all; dryer doesn't dry very well and is poorly ventilated Master Bathtub Faucet tricky at best to start water Dishwasher immediately flooded kitchen because the aerator was clogged with food from previous tenant. Guest bathtub drain stop comes out and will not seal at all. The fan in guest bath sometimes start up with the sound of an angry cat.

Did you ask for the repairs? I am sure they would have fixed it.
This is a really good place to live. The only downside so far, or the biggest down side, is the noisy teenagers that moved in downstairs who play their xbox and start yelling after 10pm. It is annoying because im in bed and get up at 4am for work. I am however going to go talk to them in the office and im 100% sure something will be done about it. The pools are nice, I have not used the tennis courts, it is a decent size gym, but nobody ever uses it. The location is near my work and in a very nice neighborhood. There is more than enough parking, the price is a little high, but it is worth it for the location and having security on site. They are an outside company, but i see them here often. The office staff is amazing and always helpful, and I have not had one problem with them yet. They are super friendly and always willing to help if there happens to be a problem. If something is wrong in the apartment, anything broken or you just need a smoke detector battery changed, they are here to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Yes, they will change the smoke alarm battery, its pretty awesome.
