Property Ratings at Cambridge Village
Looks nice from the outside but a quick walk through shows one of the main issues with the place. Dog poop is everywhere, management refuses to do anything about it besides letting people know it is a rule to pick up after your dogs. The complex has no security system such as cameras or any security guards walking around so they cannot enforce any of their rules. Living here I have had my vehicle side swiped twice with nothing I can do as the management does not care or even want to help. This is just the tip of the iceberg, the units themselves are all in poor shape with old appliances and old vinyl coverings for the cabinets that peel off. I've had water suddenly start shooting out of the roof, doorknobs break clean off doors, doors that do not close, cabinets that do not open without first opening the oven and much more. There is a reason they do not allow interested parties look at the units themselves, it is in fact a policy that they are very strict with. I could not recommend living here, for the price you are receiving a very low quality place to live in a bad area. Which is another problem, homeless people and drug addicts constantly find their way into the complex despite it being gated. Don't live here.

We ran into issue after issue at Cambridge Village. We dealt with a broken air conditioner multiple times in the middle of summer before they finally replaced it and gave us a new air conditioning unit. We also waited over a week for a pest issue in our apartment to be resolved, while management repeatedly told us that it would resolved "the next day." The disorganization and lack of communication among the office staff was incredibly apparent whenever an issue arose. There were many times we felt as though there was absolutely no urgency on management's part to help us resolve the issues we were having. Although the rent is pretty inexpensive (which is one of the reasons we chose Cambridge in the first place), just know that you get what you pay for and not a penny more.
