From the first time I walked into the office and meet Ali I felt like I found my new home. Penny went above and beyond to get things done for me so I could move in on time. Every time I walk into the office I'm greeted with 3 friendly smiles. I love the girls in the office they have helped me so much. I have recommended this place to family and friends. If you move here you will love your new home. Penny has also worked very hard to get the pool ready this year and it looks beautiful.

Under the most recent management, this place is turning around. My water heater went out and it was fixed the next day. They know how to prioritize things now. Penny (the office manager) is great to work with and is on YOUR side with any issues. Seems quiet enough, but neighbors will be neighbors. Don't hesitate to talk to the office. They try to handle things quickly and take complaints seriously. And there are some kids that run around the property when its nice out, but you know?...kids are kids. There seems to be plenty of parking (not the case at other complex's I've lived at) and the property is well lit at night so it's not scary walking to your apartment.
Currently Under New Management they're working very hard. To make the appropriate changes, to accommodate the residents from the last management.. they are getting work orders done on time. Very happy with the new management.. I love my apartment:)
Site says 3 bedroom available but none were and the lady on the other end of the phone was very rude. Call was placed 5-2-16 at 1507. I don't think I want to even attempt to live there if management is like that.
location,location,location!Great location,close to everything,walking distance to everything.very spacious,large kitchen with all appliances,large walk in closets.big bathroom,large balcony off dining room.all electric,water paid for.feels very much like home.all areas are very well maintained,also has a very nice pool with lounge chairs with tables and umbrellas.,we love it here,been here 8 yrs. now ,getting ready to renew our lease again. It is also pet friendly.
Been moved in for about a week. Here are the pros and cons so far: Good location-near shopping and dining, right off of a main road Washer/Dryer hookups in unit- you can rent the appliances through a company the leasing office recommends for about $40/month Noise level-granted I live on the 3rd floor and only share one wall with my neighbor, it has been relatively quiet so far. Maintenance- not really impressed with this so far. Upon the initial walk through of the apartment the leasing agent and I found a few small things that needed to be fixed (replace light bulbs, redo caulk around the toilets, one burner on stove doesn't work). She assured me that they would be fixed by the time I moved in (3 days). I've been here a week now and not a single thing has been fixed. I even called the main office about it and still nothing. Overall these apartments are nice due to the location and amenities offered. But, the appliances and some other features could use updating. And the maintenance is not quick to respond to requests. Will try to update later when I've lived here longer.
