Property Ratings at Camden Annex
Recently moved out of our 2 bed/2 bath unit due to being quoted a 9% increase to renew our lease. We loved our unit and really enjoyed some of the amenities (quiet pool, nice gym), but saw a significant decline in the quality of the complex over the year we lived there. A few of the issues we had: -One of our vehicles was hit/run in the parking lot of the complex. Management said their security cameras are only live feed, so they didn't have a way to share the security footage with police... -Amenities were not taken care of by the residents or property management. Most clubs were broken in the golf simulator, coffee machine was usually dirty or not working, pool was never heated (even though it's advertised as so) -NOT very dog friendly. There are hardly any trash cans for dog waste around the apartment complex, so residents hardly ever cleaned up after their pets and left dog poop everywhere -Management forgot to switch the utilities out of our name after moving out, so now having to deal with both AP&L and property management to get it taken out of our name FTR: management changed in October 2023, so keep that in mind if you're looking at any reviews before that date
Kristine was absolutely amazing to work with. She was kind, extremely helpful, and very professional. This is one community out of many that really stand apart with their attention to detail and focus on making The Camden Annex a wonderful place to call home!
We looked at a lot of places in the area and were blown away with how nice this community was. It was by far the best one we have seen in the area. Everyone was so nice and the apartments are brand new and beautiful!
