When I first moved in last November it was under the other management. Little later they were transitioning into the new Management Team. Since day one Lisa, Kristen and Jamie have been awesome to me. I can come in the office with a problem or just to say hello and they are so kind. Having a smile on their faces. The apartment I'm in now I've had couple things break. I've called up the office and told them. Within a couple days the problem was fixed. When my lease ends, I'm looking at and hoping to be able to renew. I really like it here and its nice and quiet. Thank You Lisa, Kristen and Jamie for being awesome.

We moved to Breakers about 6 months ago and we love it! The office and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our time at the beautiful pool. And the gym is very functional with lots of options for cardio. The property is always clean and secure. We absolutely love it here!

The new management team is having trouble keeping the pool cleaned properly and the “resort’ fountains for the pool are never on. We pay a lot of extra community fees to help with this kind of maintenance; however, seems like they just can’t keep the pool to the standard our community is accustomed to.

After 3 months since I moved to this property, I found serious respiratory disease due to mold infestation at the surface of AC. Maintenance is very poor, low-quality washer and dryer and dishwasher, lots of hidden fees charges.

Breakers hit the nail on all my specifications! But what is was that sold me most was the friendly and empathetic staff. I’ve lived so many places and Breakers has been the best place out of all of them.

The maintenance team is always going above and beyond for you. Truly thankful for Bert, John, Robbie and Pedro always taking care of any issues I may have. The office team Melissa, Bella, Desirae and Vyctoria are always so sweet and truly make you feel at home.

Maintenance of the grounds are not up to the high standards and quality of the maintenance of the buildings.

The community and staff are amazing. Especially the manager Bella who has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I've had. The maintenence personel are also quick to resolve any issue that may come up and have been extremely kind.

Breakers is a wonderful place to live. All the staff are friendly and greet you by name and assist you in whatever you need. I love it here.

For us it is Home. For outsiders we know, they have a good impression of the property when they know where we live. We have lived in Corpus Christi a long time (84 years for me & 57 some years for my wife). So we know a lot of locals. Breakers has a good reputation for outside appearance, location in the city, and apparently reputation.

The entire Breakers team is absolutely amazing. Melissa, Bella, Bryanna and Des are the wonderful ladies that will greet you in the office and truly make you feel like family. The maintenance team Bert, John, Robbie and Pedro are all so nice and helpful. I'm always greeted by them if they see me outside with a wave, smile and hello. This team always goes above and beyond for you and I'm so happy I chose to make Breakers my new home.

I have been a resident at Breakers for the past 3 years and I’ve never been happier to call a place my home. The amazing level of privacy is nothing I have ever experienced before at a apartment complex, even by the pool! The maintenance staff, and all the ladies in the front office are all so kind and do such a great job. It’s a beautiful place to live inside and out!

The staff is absolutely fantastic! The property looked very clean and the model was absolutely beautiful. If anyone is looking for an apartment I highly recommend Breakers!

Staff (especially the assistant manager Bella and the maintenance team) are wonderful and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and polite. We don't have many problems with the apartment itself. The neighbors are friendly. I love the community events. There's a lot of giveaways! I especially love "yappy hour" for my dog! I think my only complaint is that the gate clicker sometimes takes several minutes to work and you need a (361) area code to call your apartment (which we found out on our own front a neighbor). Overall, couldn't pick a better apartment, especially for the price.

There is a lack of communication from management. They wait to send out 'requests to enter' emails or alerts until the day of, normally midday after I have already left for work. This is dangerous and alarming as I have a pet that I do not, nor will I ever, crate while I am not home. Very annoying, irresponsible, and disrespectful.

Been a resident for two years and I have had the best experience. The staff is amazing and even the maintenance staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that any problems you have that needs to be taken care of they are on it right away. Love to call this place home.

I have been a resident of the Breakers community for 4.5 years! There are a number of reasons that I love calling this my home. The office staff are friendly, yet professional, and I feel like I have an extended family here. The maintenance staff get things taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. They are respectful when entering/exiting my apartment and insuring the work requested is completed. Our community activities are amazing! We have live music by the pool, vendor fairs to support local small businesses, wellness days with smoothies provided. There is a book club and some of us are now utilizing the welcome center meeting room on occasion to meet and play games. If you're looking for a well kept, clean and friendly community then Breakers should be your first choice!

The apartments are super nice and well taken care of. The property manager Melissa is amazing, words can’t describe how amazing she is!! Bella, Bryanna, and Desirae who also work there are so amazing as well and very helpful. They all know what they’re doing and are extremely helpful from the move in process to even after you’ve already moved in! Between how nice the apartments are and how helpful and friendly the staff is, this place is an amazing apartment complex to live at!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Before even seeing this place as one of my options to live I looked around and nothing gave me the feeling of Aw and welcoming. Like home. And my cousin shared with me that she was moving out and she came to look here and she didn’t leave without signing and making her home here. She just knew and she had her Aw moment and feels like home moment. I thought this place would be to pricy for me so I turned my head but always ended up with this place popping up. It is a pretty penny but I decided to come and check it out and when I tell you I came in did a tour I knew from how Melissa took care of me and everything about here that this feels like home I had my Aw moment and I signed right then and there. I’ve only been here for nearly a month and it’s fantastic I have no complaints, I love my new home! Thank you to the staff for wonderful service. I’ve been in the service industry for many years and I’ve never came to look for an apartment and have had this customer service. You can’t get any better than this. I personally would love to thank Melissa she’s done everything she could for me and more it was a pleasure having her take care of me. I’d recommend this place all day every day and for me it’s all about service. These staff actually care no just for you and your family but for themselves and their jobs. It’s definitely a warming feeling walking in to that office. 15 out of 10 recommend! Thank y’all so much I love my new home!

I have attended several sip & shops the complex has hosted & every time it’s been awesome! They have wonderful friendly staff, a super cool pool area & lots of fun activities for the residents. Not to mention the Manager Melissa ROCKS! awesome complex.

The community is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoy using the amenities, such as the pool and the gym. There's plenty of space to walk your pups and lovely foliage, especially during the spring.

Office personnel is outstanding. Maintenance staff is quick n efficient Property is well kept n lawn manicured.

Breakers is a truly awesome place to live. We feel like we are staying at a resort. Clean, safe, beautiful grounds and so many amenities, along with a professional and responsive staff.

The Breakers is a wonderful home. The staff are all so nice and they immediately know who you are when you walk in. Maintenance is done in a professional manner and everyone has been so nice. I love it here.

The whole staff is top notch, the people are friendly, the events are always fun and a great way to foster a sense of community, and the complex is well maintained. As a resident I feel the staff care as much for the property and resident satisfaction as the residents do. I love it here.

The Staff at Breakers on Saratoga is far the best I have ever dealt with! Melissa and her team always make you feel like you are part o a family. Ellie, Haley, Bella always make you smile and feel comfortable. John has assisted me in a couple of occasions when I needed repairs.....one was my fault and he promptly repaired while maintaining a Great Attitude! Love my Breakers Family

Breakers is a great! The staff is polite, professional and prompt. The apartment is nice and newly updated and the community is kind and fun!

This is our 2nd stay at now called Breakers. I was here when Camden used to own the property. The buildings were still yellow then! I have lived here for a total of 4 years and 3 months across 3 apartment units. So I feel like my review has some weight. I absolutely love it here. Grounds are well kept and very pet friendly. Quiet place, for the most part, everyone seems to mind their own business. The quality of apartment units themselves, after shopping around for a good deal, is right on par with some of the other high-end properties this side of Corpus Christi. You definitely feel like you're getting your money's worth here. If the quality of the apartment doesn't sell you on Breakers then the leasing office personnel and maintenance crew DEFINITELY will. Honestly, that's really where Breakers shines best and why I have lived here for so long. I notoriously hear how incompetent leasing offices are and how they never pick up phones or give you the run-around when you need something. Across my 4 years and 3 months, I have NEVER had such an issue. It feels like they're always available, super courteous, and helpful. The maintenance crew is just as outstanding. Bert, who leads the pack, has been at the property for a long time. When I moved back into town, I was excited when I heard he was still running maintenance because ALL my previous issues were not just fixed but fixed really quickly. So I knew maintenance was going to continue to be legit. I don't think I ever waited for more than a day or 2 to get something fixed. Ronny fixed my AC leak 3 hours after I had put in the request and I even had a new toilet installed within a day or so. Absolutely ridiculous. Good luck finding speedy service like that somewhere else. However, not everything is perfect. My only real issue here is the lack of recycling bins the property has. The closest one is about a 10 min walk from my door and it's strictly cardboard. I feel like a recycling one should accompany every trash disposal bin. Other than that and overall, it is a pretty awesome place to live. I can't wait to renew my lease!

I have made Breakers my home for almost three years! The relationships with staff are like that of extended family! They know their residents and the residents know them. Love the community activities and the effort that takes place in keeping our property clean and well taken care of! If youre looking for a place to call home, Breakers is definitely the place to choose.

From the moment I came to look at the possibility of making Breakers my home, I was greeted by everyone and noticed how friendly everyone treated me and used my name from the very beginning. Everyone has been so nice and the place is so beautiful, I just had to make Breakers my home.

The properties are very well maintained and the managers Haley, Belle, and Ellie, are all friendly and helpful. Service requests are typically completed quickly (within 24 hours). Rent and pet-rent are high here; but, all-in-all, it a really nice community with excellent apartments.

Our apartment at Camden Breakers could just as easily be located in a high end resort. The apartment is lovely, the grounds are expansively landscaped with a beautiful pool and many amenities, and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Living here is a great experience!

We have chosen to renew and stay for many years now. That would be primarily due to the attention owners and management pay to the residents concerns. The quality of the personnel managing is first class, with talent and dedication.

Breakers has been a great place to live in! Theyre very connected and active with the community and always answer questions/concerns! Great customer service and great rates!

This is the place we chose to retire at this point is our lives. Leaving a very large home, with yard and all the common maintenance obligations was accomplished by moving here. We do miss the spaciousness we had, and some to the nice amenities, book shelf space, etc. But at our age, this is the slower lifestyle and reduced stress we wish to have. Thanks to the attentive staff and their helpful and responsive attitudes to our needs, we are comfortable being here.

Move in day was easy. Staff was amazing. I was met at my apartment by maintenance because the locks had not been changed. Staff was quick to communicate with me and maintenance to resolve quickly to rekey the locks.

I always here horror stories about maintenance at apartment buildings but not here. They are so fast to respond. The first time I put a work order in they came the next morning and this last time they came the same day and fixed another issue while they were here. I love how fast n professional they are.

Best place I've ever rented at. Fun events, friendly neighbors, and the BEST staff! Couldn't be happier.
